Unethical billing -they kept billing me after I cancelled and make it nearly impossible to cancel (4 requests, still not clear if I'm cancelled).

Drift is easy to use and pretty straightforward. Installing it on your website is super easy and they provide good support.

None with the software - they are the leader in the space for a reason. Their account executives are a bit pushy on upsells for additional features and functionality.

Very satisfied with the manner in which we use it. I haven't spent much time exploring additional capabilities and advanced features, but I am eager to do so in the near future.

Unfortunately, there were many glitches in the software.

Emotive was able to deliver to both the US and Canada. While most of our shoppers are located in the US, it was great for our Canadian customers to have the ability to opt in to text services.

This is super easy to integrate an the dashboard is extremely user friendly.

No app/software can ever be perfect or have everything. What's important is to have a support team who will hear you out and help you with any issues.

Emotive has many hidden costs and what I consider to be shady practices. Continue with them at your own risk.

Overall they are very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. They are an extension of our team really and always willing to help us with copy or set up messages for us if we need the help.

The onboarding process was easy. Functionality and personalization of the texts have proven really strong in strengthening and deepening our customer relationships.

That being said they do a great job of reaching out when they think a campaign is going to be beneficial to our company. Along with that, the app is so easy to use and makes for a quick process.
