The ability to connect and manage client PC's was reliable and functional. Also, adding anti-virus, backup and web protection was a good feature.

Overall and cost effective solution for monitoring systems which normally would be a manual process.

The single pane of glass to manage antivirus, backups, in detail alerts, and asset tracking is really nice.

I have already learned a great deal working with their platform.

They are still growing and adding on. It sometimes gets a little frustrating that all the toolsets are not directly integrated into their RMM platform.

The management of the alerts and system is the best overall of the competitors. Would recommend as long as the PSA tool links to it well.

My customers like the fact that their systems are being patched weekly and the document backups have saved us multiple times.

Solarwinds is building a very broad set of tools helping MSPs and admins manage corporate IT users, networks, and assets.

Provides excellent traffic analysis evaluation that greatly assists in resolving network performance issues. Customer support is very professional.

Allows me quickly connecting to users machines without user interaction. Patch management feature allows to easy control all updates on all machines.

Needs training to use, so many things to do, it can become easy to get lost or forget where the lesser tools are placed or what their called.

This Software does all of the heavy lifting and will save you time and money from managing your network the manual way.

I am able to keep the clients I have engaged and continue to service them with other IT needs. It works great for improving the client's performance and increasing my bottom line.

Sometimes to the point of making the device you are remoted into really slow. Tried everything suggested on SolarWinds website to mitigate this to no avail.

We have been using Solarwinds RMM for quite a while now and have been very happy with they business relationship we have formed, easy, cost effective RMM with loads of features.

The issue was value for money. They courted us to come back with better pricing and all the improvements.

It's easy to use and deploy and is packed with functionality.

Easy to navigate and manage individual endpoints and quiet noisy alerts. Great integration with direct hardware monitoring as well.

After losing one of my larger users, the flat rate platform fee made the overall cost a bit much for the remaining users.

Several years ago, before Solar Winds acquired this product from the vendor I was using, the features and pricing model worked well for me.

I like that everything is so nicely sorted out. All issues are clearly visible, and the Wall-chart is amazing.

What i like most about SolarWinds RMM is the the integration of multiple software solutions in one location. Also the SSO to other RMM software like Backup is great.

They refused my cancellation and have continued to bill. From their NetSuite: The cancellation has been submitted.

They will take your money or ruin your credit trying.

You can set parameters for the monitoring both local and devices over the network. Other features available are anti-virus, help desk, notifications, etc.

But it was rejected 5/3 and 6/3. What a terrible company to deal with.

We really enjoy the ease of use of this product, we're able to securely monitor all our customers workstation  and be more proactive.

Its a new solution, so they have issues, but they do seem to take care of them rapidly.

It's a great product which is fully supported 24x7 both by email and speaking with a live support.

The installation time take the lead as it is pretty straightforward and less complicated when compared to other softwares  have used.

I've recovered several customer files that were inadvertently deleted with very little trouble.

It was easy to setup for office 365 and easy to recover items in 365. It was easy to locate and restore files in server backups.

Lack of support SQL Server 2017, Difficult to review backup manage stats vs billed amounts.

The load of functions can be overwhelming, especially with all of the cryptic abbreviations. Honestly though, this is not a real con, but rather my own problem.

Backing up my work is very easy to do. The software is especially good with office 365.

Tried this tool to have it integrated with other SolarWinds products and its a pretty decent solution.

Solid file and database backup feature. Versioning is built into the product with customization of schedules and standardization across customer base is excellent.

Solar Winds Backup reasonable price a the secure backup.

Data is easily accessible from everywhere and backups are generated automatically and efficiently. The ability to access old versions of backups is especially helpful to never lose progress.

Software is easy to use, set up, and administer. Also the cost is so much better than competing localized products.

This allows for our backup margins to be high since we simply install it on the devices and sit back and watch it work. The web interface is simple to use and the support has been fantastic.

No local only option for backups, and relatively expensive complete product.

I've used other backup software in the past and I can say this is the best one I've ever used, hands down.

Branding of clients is one feature i find intriguing and useful plus the entire process is easy to do.

Overall is being great, a few glitches but support try there best to meet your expectations.
