Pros
- The integration with a lot of the core services we use made this a clear winner when reviewing. The ongoing communication from the team allows us to be confident in how the product is working.
- Perch is a perfect compliment to our services as it provides the SOC portion to security and their team then works with ours to get our customers taken care of.
Cons
- Alerting when things stop working. When things flatline, there's nothing configured out of the box that will notify you.
- Sometimes links don't take you to the correct alert, which can cause confusion. Physical sensors can go offline which is troublesome given the remote nature of all employees.
Pros
- The installation time take the lead as it is pretty straightforward and less complicated when compared to other softwares have used.
- It was easy to setup for office 365 and easy to recover items in 365. It was easy to locate and restore files in server backups.
Cons
- Lack of support SQL Server 2017, Difficult to review backup manage stats vs billed amounts.
- The load of functions can be overwhelming, especially with all of the cryptic abbreviations. Honestly though, this is not a real con, but rather my own problem.
