The client I was working for needed an integrated solution to bring their wholesale orders into their existing WooCommerce website. It handles multiple dealer levels, with flexible parameters, a dealer order form, and even an in-house marketing account for sending free promotional products. I plan on using it for another client who needs to support wholesale soon, and a few more down the road.

This was the easiest and most complete software to implement a true wholesale shopping environment in the existing WooCommerce system. Each aspect of the Wholesale experience is addressed within the 3 parts of the Suite.

There were a few things I couldn't figure out myself, but everything was resolved easily by contacting support. Because the suite has so many useful features, it is possible to get lost in the setup.

I want to say the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. I'm not a web designer so they are so patient with me as I try and understand something. Many times I've given them a login so they can go in and do whatever it is they need to do to make a feature work.

There are so many reasons why I like the bundle. The order form is very clear and simple. On products that the customer is required to order more than one it auto populates it in the cart. I like being able to have custom customer roles and being able to hide certain products from a group of roles. Most importantly it keeps my inventory correct. For example each time a product is purchased be it from a retail customer or wholesale customer it deducts from the inventory count. This was the actual reason I switched over from Shopify as I had to purchase an app that didn't always work then my inventory count was off from my actual inventory on hand.

I would like a broad search for customers. Seldom do I remember their business name or email and the way my business is set up, I need to see if there are other wholesale customers in certain locations. If I could search by city, state or zip code then I would know if I already have someone in that area. I would also like a drag and drop feature for the wholesale registration form. It would be so much easier than the number system now.

Ever since we switched our website over to Wholesale Suites, we have had an increased volume of traffic because the products with prices are so easy for both Wholesale and Retail customers.

Wholesale Suite is the easiest way to set up the products they allow me to create a single product but have both Wholesale and Retail prices. The program also enables the retail customer only to see the retail prices and the wholesale customer must enter their secure ID and PW. I previously tried other programs that required creating the same product two times, one for wholesale and one for retail; this was a total waste of time. Again I am sold on Wholesale Suite

As a small business being able to sell wholesale and retail through one site is a huge admin advantage. You don't want wholesale products or prices to be readily visible and hence for me this has been perfect.

An excellent solution for Wordpress and woocommerce users wanting sell both wholesale and retail without creating two websites. It's always integrated well with other plugins and the Flatsome theme. The trio in the suite work well with the ability to automatically register and sell wholesale products. The wholesale side of our business selling to independent retailers has grown year on year using this software. As all wordpress users know keeping up to date with multiple plugins is always problematic, but I've never had any problems with compatibility.

If you are looking for a system in your WordPress website to cater for wholesale clients then this should be your go to plugin. There are many options in the suite to accommodate for all the things you need. As well as give you more options for those things that you might not have thought of, but are useful to the benefit of your business.

The software is simple and straightforward to install. There are many options in the package so you are sure to get it working as you need it to. Making this integrated into the standard WooCommerce backend makes the software familiar before you start using it. And the customer service is great. If there are any question on how things work and how to use them in your store.

The only thing that comes to mind is perhaps having some video demos so that we can figure out what the options do in the system.

It did take a little trial and error to figure out how to set up the pricing and how to set up custom fields in my new account application.

This plugin allowed us to build a complex e-commerce in multiple language and currency. It integrated very well with Woo Multistore and wpml

We will love if the developer allowed us to set a fixed wholesale price for each currency. At the moment, the conversion for wholesale prices in other currencies will use the exchange rate set in WPML. Our site use fix rate and not auto conversion.

I love the product and the support is really fast, even though they literally sit on the other side of the earth.

Separating Consumers from Wholesellers when it comes to pricing, product quantity, shipping and payment service, Wholesale Suite delivers more then the competitors per invested dollar.

We are also using the plugin All import pro and All export pro. These plugins are not 100% compatible when importing new values. But maybe this is more a problem to solve for All import pro.

Wholesale Suite is easy to set up and use. It is an easy way to limit sales tax to retail users vs. wholesale users.

It took me a while to realize I would need the Pro version before accessing certain features. Free version could have better documentation.

I have yet to find a product that streamlines inventory, pricing, and ordering as well as the Wholesale Suite. Will continue to use it for my existing clients and will be setting it up on all manufacturing clients in the future!

I love how easy it is to have clients look through order forms and get everything they need in one place, in a nice package. It's intuitive on the backend and the frontend, which makes business better for everyone.

I have zero issues with this software. The price is beyond fair, the customer service is excellent, and the product does everything I need it to do and more.

After a few frustrating attempts with other software (where the customer support was the weakest link), Wholesale Suite helped us accomplish a lot of what we needed in quite few steps.

Takes care of many things we need in a pretty comprehensible way. Not only wholesale prices, of course, but just as importantly: to display prices without VAT for wholesale customers but still add and charge it at checkout (how it works when selling B2B in Sweden). It's also easy to exclude some consumer products from wholesale customers and vice versa, making it easy to have one shop for all. The order form is an appreciated gem.

It's not expensive, really, but even more affordable renewals would be welcome.

To be honest, there's nothing I don't like about Wholesale Suite!

Just getting it going but familiar with it for another client and the ease of the platform made it an easy solution to bring to another client.

The sign up process and permissions are outstanding. Setting custom pricing has never been easier and I didn’t expect so many features packed into this suite. And any questions we had the Wholesale Suite team always had an answer for.

Customization of front end experience without the use of code. We’re getting close with so many solutions I feel like once this gets nailed down there will be no more competition.
