Solid AI/ML Optimized Cloud NMS

Really good - have access to their leadership and felt like I was able to influence their product roadmap - they listen to their customers.

PROS

Leading edge tech stack - cutting back on the noise of NMS monitoring alerts/events. Helps orchestrate multiple platform vendors.

CONS

Early stage product that is constantly adding capability - limited monitoring library at beginning that has kept growing.

We are now upgrading to the latest version with rich reports, enhanced detection capabilities, enhanced end to end visibility from a single pane and more integrations That's being added to our favorite features - correlated and analyzed anomalies, early warning etc.
