What is most attractive is the speed in which an average person, with no prerequisite knowledge, know-how or skill has the ability to build a thoughtful application of value.

It is a very unique tool so is sometimes hard to sell across the business.

We have automated a number of previously manual or error prone tasks quickly using Checkbox and in situations where larger, less flexible incumbent systems have not been able to do so.

Formatting options, while present, are not consistently available across the different elements or blocks.

The Checkbox team has worked closely with us to roll out a very successful solution and assisted with preparing project plans to ensure the project meets the milestones for a successful roll out.

We have found it easy to develop in enabling us to develop prototypes very quickly which helps keep the pace of innovation up in the firm.

Some of the features were limiting but I think that was because we were on the lower level licence.

It's database features are limited, but workarounds are possible.

This is a great piece of technology. There are so many fantastic use cases which assist to addresses challenges for both the business and its clients.

Very responsive support team also helps greatly.

From unpacking complex regulatory questions to assessments and quick compilations of commonly used documents. It is easy to use to deploy apps and the support is great.

In a rapidly changing environment, controlling your own destiny is important.

Unable to put in different languages at the moment; not able to put in pictures and other visuals; not as easy at the moment to integrate to some APIs.

Support from Checkbox - the team are extremely helpful and responsive. They are always looking at the best way to build our apps.

Once you've done some initial training, key functionality is very simple to use and intuitive - the platform is also constantly improving.

The releases always have something interesting in them so they are clearly improving it rapidly.

Extending from the above, is the scalability to help a large audience of end-users with this approach, particularly useful for categories such as pro-bono work.

When people see their ideas come to life so quickly they get inspired. The checkbox support team are fanstastic and the company is moving rapidly.

The overall experience has been extremely positive, the team have been so helpful in ensuring we are making the most out of Checkbox.

When there's an error, the specific error could be pointed out or highlighted - would accelerate learning for non tech peeps.

We have some issues with finding some of our buttons in the CSS, but the problem is probably more because of our code than anything.

It's best value for price on the market as far as I can see.

CSS selection for hints  can be tricky sometimes.

ProductFruits is an intuitive and easy to start with Software, that has a great experience from the very beginning on.

I would say i struggle initally to use this software but this is because i have never used a product onboarding app before.

A useful tool to simplify onboarding to our application.

Finally, the integration with hubspot is astonishingly fast and easy to implement, which reduced our implementation time a lot, and helps us have. A clean and unified database with our CRM.

They help perfectly and know everything you want to know. They also offer everything I want to have in a onboarding platform.

We haven't found anything yet that we don't like.

And support is awesome, answering in minutes, solving issues, or suggesting workarounds...  they also hear your feedback to improve the product itself.

The onboarding guides are really easy to use and look more sexy than those of the software we used before.

Configuration of Tours, so called Hints and more is very easy to learn and the capabilities are more than you would expect from such an inexpensive Product.

To get the tour working with specific conditions is sometimes tricky (tunning CSS selectors).

In addition to that, their support and reactiveness is fantastic. I have interacted several times with them and they were always super supportive in finding solutions or even implementing quick fixes.

What really surprised me was the ease of use. I did not depend on any programmers or our webmaster to set it up.

Overall experience with ProductFruits team has been amazing. The team is very supportive and available round the clock for any technical/non-technical queries.

The team have been great at helping me create the optimum setup for our particular use case and helping me debug various issues.

Also the fact that it is possible to have different environments helps the design team to test tours without any production implications, which i just GREAT.

And let’s not talk about “%” because it sounds too vague. It means that your SaaS can earn additional tens of thousands of dollars a year without spending anything on ads.
