Beneficial Ministry Tool
ChurchStaq's features and ease of use have become an essential ministry tool.
CONSIt would be helpful if when using the app on a cell phone had the same direct access as a laptop.

Stepping into the New
Help desk and switches over from several platform into to one has been amazing. The customer service and videos walking you through any questions you may have with ease.
PROSEasy enough to even get our older population to feel confident in using. Visually appeasing and uncomplicated. Allows people of all technology levels to use without stress or troubles.
CONSSome of the question about current PCI compliance were hard to understand but customer service and technical help were quick to walk us through and explain any questions we had.

Canadian Review
Our experience honestly was over promise and under deliver. Too many features are "unavailable in Canada or not working yet" We are really hoping that they sort out these details. There is loads of potential with this software. They do an amazing job with implementation and guiding you through the stats! A huge shout out to their staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who are amazing at customer service!
PROSChurch Staq has lots of options now that Push Pay and CCB are integrated. The software will do most things you want it to do. It is amazing once you get to know it! There is huge potential for them to hit a home run in the next year! There really isn't many softwares that have the functionality of this one. Once they fix the user interface, it will be amazing
CONSLimited features in Canada. Some of the features don't fully work. I wonder if they are going to focus on the international customers and give us the attention we need? Often the response is... this is not even in development or on our radar. Outdated interface. Other software is more intuitive to use.

We were already using the software, and decided to no be someone who switches software each time something better hits the market.

Great Product Especially in the Present Circumstances
Great product with great customer service which has definitely improved engagement at our church.
PROSThe software has been great for our church family during these times. It has helped our congregation to stay engaged and to follow along with our services and remain connected. The customer service has been great and has responded quickly any time that we had an issue.
CONSSo far we have not been able to use the Connect features and that would be a great help to our engagement ,but I understand that these features are still being rolled out so we look forward to their being implemented soon. I believe this will be a significant upgrade to the features within our church app.

Best in the Industry

PROSUsing a church and donor management system is a must for churches. Using Church Staq is a no-brainer. It is very easy to implement and fun to use.

Good but not Great...yet!
Hard to find answers to questions and workarounds at times.
PROSProcesses helpful. Good at helping connect congregation.
CONSSmall groups are poorly designed. Needs lots of attention and logic management to make this better.

Helping Our Older Congregation
Their customer service and reply time is great. They helped us out with some generous price incentives starting out.
PROSWe loved how easy it was to get people connected and set-up to give. Many of our church members are senior adults, and they had little to no issues getting their account and reoccurring giving set up.
CONSWe haven't had any issues, the biggest challenge on our end was just adjusting to setting up the giving portal and tracking. However, it was simple once we got familiar.

Church Management Tools!
My overall experience with this software has been really great. Its a simple tool that adds tons of value for churches.
PROSThis software is great for churches trying create a database of all their members and offer an easy way to collect tithing.
CONSI think for what this software is and the price point, any cons that this application has is negligible.

Integration between PushPay and CCB is amazing. The software is very easy to learn and use. The wide range of features allowed us to consolidate and expand a lot of our existing processes.
CONSSome of the integrations with PushPay could be a little tighter, but as the companies move further in merging the systems, this will be getting better.

Clunky, not yet ready to be used by churches, too expensive
Candidly, I don't have any positive notes to add.
CONSI have used 4 different church software companies over 15 years, and this is by far the most difficult to use.
