Recently we had a challenge with logging into Donarius, and the staff helped us greatly to ensure quick resolution, very professional and great to work with.

Very easy to use, good reports, detailed instructions, support help excellent and the price is very affordable.

When you need to add a new donor and have a limited number of envelope numbers, you have to delete an inactive donor.

Customer support is outstanding, and the videos that describe the product have been extremely helpful.

The benefits of this program are great. I can create from the main page individual reports, groups, by amounts, specific time periods, it is a great program.

Donarius is so easy to use and is great value for money.

The software is intuitive, it is easy to get up and going in a short while. The 'help' information is easy to understand.

It does get frustrating at times when I can't get the info I need.

Excellent software - it is kept up to date and improved with each new version.

It is great to have a system that automatically creates receipts. Fine for a small church.

Wonderful customer service. Takes care of all needs for a ministry like ours.

The option to email statements seemed very difficult to use. I tried a few times and found it did not work well.

A great Feature is the ease of use and the availability of help when needed.

What I like about this software is it's simplicity of use. It does not require a significant knowledge of financial accounting.

I cannot say there is a downside at this time. This software is exactly what our church needed.

As a church, we have recently switched to using QuickBooks, and I wish that Donarius would integrate/have a plugin for QuickBooks.

I know some churches like to have them integrated, but we found it annoying that we could not delete members from the rolls easily if they had ever donated. Donarius is perfect for us.

I really appreciate their patience even when I am not sure how to explain what I want. Results have been great.

Some parts are a little awkward to get set up.

Ease of use, number of useful reporting documents, ease of creating tax receipts, ability to customize receipt layout and labels.

Overall, it's a good software for a smaller church and at a great price tag.

At the most reasonable price, ease of use and customer support, our small charity could not ask for a better software than Donarius.

I have used Donarius for over 15 years and am very pleased with it. It is a straight forward program and easy to learn.

My experience with Donarius has been an easy transition to learn and operate and in this day of multiple technologies to learn it has been a delight to use.

The ease of use inside the program made it best for our small church to get donations put into the system.

Donor type section, very confusing. Hard to show the donors spouse and children birthdate and if they are baptized members.

Ability to export reports to Excel to further customize reports or to add notes. Ability to restore and entire backup or just additional data.

I love the report system for the donations. I like how I can transfer to other programs in order to save to my files and also email them to others.

Sustain was definitely an upgrade for us after years using another good, but basic, student information software system which integrated admissions, development, and contact databases.

Team works with us to add new functionalities to improve it. I love that I can access it from home if I need to.

I also like that it lets me know when there is an address close to another one in case it's the same address.

You can't just create your own reports, you only get what Sustain has decided to put in there.

The price we paid for the product and the service is outrageous in my opinion and we are almost 2 years in and just barely scraping by with our information.

Accessible,  intuitive and a bargain. I have worked with the Sustain team for years and you can't beat the hands on customer service.

We have come to learn no other school uses it to the degree we do and it is very evident. There are constant issues with the system and upgrades.

The Platform of Ericom that we use to connect is sometimes not consistent, but I don't think this is Sustain's fault.

Sustain is one of the most user friendly fundraising programs I've ever worked this.

The ease of use is very easy. Customer rep is always so nice and willing to help me in any way.

We have been very pleased with the product and the support offered. As with any software, as we use it we find features and functionality that we would like to see added.

I have been using Sustain for eight years and I have found Sustain to be a very user friendly software for the most part. The customer services is EXCELLENT.

We have used Sustain with Rediker since the beginning of this academic year, and I am happy with the capabilities of Sustain so far.

Lack of documentation, perhaps too many options.

Again the software itself wasn't that bad, it was the implementation/migration from our previous system that was terrible and the reason we were not successful with Sustain.

The training is important to learn so you can take advantage of all the options. I find the support is excellent and always get a quick answer and willingness to work with me to find the answer.

There are many that I don't know how to use. Excellent value for cost.

Donarius lets users keep track of members, contributions, pledges and more. Users can enter all offerings and donations by name or envelope number and they can track loose offerings as well.


The solution offers envelope printing, so churches can print their own offering envelopes rather than ordering them.


Donarius can send monthly and yearly statements out to members or donors and it can generate various types of reports. Users can personalize letters, emails and text messages to help engage members. A module for pre-authorized donations (ACH) automatically enters recurring donations.
