Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

I love the ease of use and how easy it is to navigate and pull the information that I need. The help desk and portal are extremely helpful and designed for the end user in mind.

Overall great accounting software that bridges between QuickBooks and bigger software such as Peoplesoft.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Seems to lack some backend administrative function, analytics, etc.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Report building is very difficult and time consuming.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

This success is highly correlated to the professionalism of the platform the users saw, and the ease of use for High School Students is a very big deal.

Some bugs within the website. A few applicants complained.

Sadly that there were some bugs while the public voting is live.

We moved from using a spreadsheet to Zealous midway through judging an award and it streamlined the whole process. The customer service is excellent and there is always someone available to help.

It provides a user friendly interface for artists to use and upload their entries.

I would highly recommend them and in fact will be contracting Zealous for the forthcoming awards event we have planned.

I suggested a warning pop up if a change would impact on current data, and I think this has now been implemented.

It's fairly easy to set up, quite customisable, and provides an excellent portal for us to collect and sort submissions.

Zealous is really easy to use and has saved us a lot of time and hassle.

This was a little disappointing to receive a warning that we have reached the free trial limit and our account was going to be frozen.

The Zealous team were super helpful and really made sure that everything ran smoothly.

I found scheduling the rounds more difficult than I anticipated, the staff again helped. The software refreshes more frequently than I am used to.

The best thing about Zealous has been the outstanding customer service. I haven’t always set things up as I should, and they have pre-empted issues by noticing and letting me know.

It has all the features we need (and some we didn’t know we needed!). It’s easy to set up and monitor our opportunities and the interface for judging and shortlisting is great.

We are really happy with our choice of using the platform Zealous to host the first edition of the XP Awards. It has been easy to setup and we had a great user experience.
