Great Product and Amazing Customer Service

Online pay, ability to build payment and non-payment forms, better reporting.

"Diamond Mind called our school and we reluctantly agreed to sit through an informational meeting. All of us were skeptical and had no desire to switch credit card processing companies. We almost canceled the initial meeting. We are definitely glad that we didn't! Since the first day, Diamond Mind's customer support has been unparalleled. When we need something, they immediately respond and even follow up multiple times to make sure the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction. As well, the features they offer are amazing. Previously, our customers had to print out paper forms, fill them out by hand, and mail them in. Now, everything is done through online forms. This is faster, easier, more environmentally friendly, and allows us to export the form data into Excel for easy reporting purposes. I can't say enough good about this company and how they have completely changed our business for the better!

CONS

It is slightly more expensive than other credit card services that we've used but the customer support and features more than make up for the additional expenses.

Diamond Mind helped to efficiently process payments during a busy fundraising auction

PROS

Volunteering to chair an auction for the first time was challenging enough, but then having to quickly learn about auction software and payment processing was another hurdle. Diamond Mind was extremely helpful, from initial contact with the company, to explaining how to integrate our auction site with the payment system and then walking me through the testing process. I was assured that someone would be available to answer any questions as the auction deadline approached, and I always received timely feedback and help when needed. The program is user-friendly and worked without any glitches during the event.

CONS

There is not much in the way of negatives other than not being the least expensive program. However, I believe the program is worth the slight premium cost.

Business Necessity in Today's Environment

PROS

Diamond Mind is easy to use for processing credit cards and ACH withdrawl for our events, programs, donations and tuition. Whether using the mobile platform or the desktop version we have no problems processing the transaction or providing a receipt to the customers. As a school user, it was important that implemented an easy to use solution with minimal fees and charges.

CONS

Customer service can be slow to respond to questions, issues or concerns. While I receive plenty of marketing materials to add on additional services, their response time is not always what our business office needs.

We made the switch to Diamondmind due to the increased costs associated with our previous processor.

Credit card processing with Diamond Mind has been basically problem-free.

PROS

Our Development Office moved to Diamond Mind in the summer of 2015 at the behest of our Business Office. I have been very pleased with the support we've received the few times I've needed their help. In nearly every case, the issue has been one of customizing our use or interface, and in every instance, the response has been quick, professional, positive, and instructive. Kudos!

CONS

I'd say the setup for a recurring gift could be more user-friendly, ideally so a donor could set it up.

Our school had a positive experience with DiamondMind

Our school has been working with the Diamond Mind team since 2013. Our relationship with Diamond Mind has enabled our school to automate our tuition collection processes, cut back merchant fees, and streamline credit card payment processing during school events. Great service

We just recently started using Diamond Mind, but the staff already proved to be very efficient and fast responding. We had two very urgent situations which they solved in no time. We are very happy with our choice for card processor.
