Since I don't always have all the required information I am unable to complete some forms. In addition, at one point in time I could not perform some functions for entry but the error was corrected.

We also love the scan card function. It helps keep our facilities safe and our outputs accurate.

The only thing that I don't like is some of the navigational aspects of the software.

This reduced double-entry and improved efficiencies for users and community members receiving the benefits.

We purchased this software after a fairly extensive search and chose it based on the ability to customize it and also on price.

Ability for customization. The fact that it can track/report whatever is needed.

We have loved building our knowledge in customizing the database, and using CaseBot to harvest data the way we want.

I have worked with this software and this company since 2012 and I have greatly enjoyed working with the developers and all of the Support staff that I have had interaction with.

I like the service plans, case notes, demographics tracking and all the features.

Ease of use and customization of the input screens. The ability to do reporting based on the form inputs.

The support team is very good and responsive, but fixes can occasionally take time.

The inability to upload csv files. Some of the forms are standard reports are hard coded with the inability to make changes.

We love how easy the system is to use, it is very user friendly in the computer.

The software has so much flexibility to be setup for many things, but this causes trouble for our user base as they get confused by all the options they don't use.

We love that everything is integrated. We can text, email, and respond to reviews all in one place.

Building our SEO was the greatest hurdle and setting up a user friendly webpage with the proper links. Extremely successful and made a big change in how we appear when people are surfing for dentists.

I love the texting capabilities, and the ease of confirming appointments with Legwork. The NPS information is also great to have.

What our office likes most about this software is how user friendly it is. It's super easy to send messages to patients and also the ease of communication for our patients.

Extremely disappointed that the automated social media posting was taken away.

The software is efficient, simple, effective, and has saved us a bunch of money each month because it allowed us to consolidate our services to one vendor.

We love the personal aspect of Legwork. Again it allows us to add that personal touch with a patient whether it be through a text or an email and we really like the gift card referral product.

The marketing team needs to be more diligent with updating Facebooks Ads. I have an ad that is still running from 2019 that needs to be stopped.

Our patients love getting reminder messages that are automatically sent through legwork and they also love that they can communicate via text/email.

Its a little frustrating that there is no MMS option for text messaging.

Customer service is amazing and the staff is very helpful in all aspects of using the software.

It confirms appointments, lets me communicate easily and quickly with our patients and vise versa.

Allows us to stay in touch with patients so easily. Love love love the texting feature as well as the gift card referral piece.
