The features are great, the setup is relatively simple, and thus, the set up is fast. Under one transparent license, everything is available on one platform. Small and mid-size businesses and organizations will find this software to be the perfect all-in-one solution. Hosting and updating are very smooth and very high availability.

There are sometimes lags in the apps on 500apps because they update so regularly. Apart from that I haven't faced any issue.

I haven't tested all the solutions on the market, but I think 500apps' cloud version is well worth the price of... just $14.99! A robust user interface with amazing features makes it a worthwhile place to start for your sales efforts. Managing contacts and leads is great, and dealing with deals is intuitive and effective as well.

In the beginning, it can be difficult to understand the platform, so it would be nice to have more tutorials or FAQ's/documentation on the app usage and functionality.

I subscribed to it to use Forms.io (so i paid 14.99 USD). You can create forms but your respondents cannot fill the form on mobile without having to download the mobile app (which make no sense). Also the integration of responses with CRM.io does not work. The support was not helpful. I wasted my time. I also don't appreciate that the support staff takes you from high (like of you know nothing). All in all, i went to survey monkey, paid 40 USD and was satisfied. 500apps is cheap but there is a reason for that. I spend thew time to write this review because your time is valuable and you don't want to waste it.

Inexpensive with a free trial for 14 days and then 14.99 USD a month

It doesn't work for the scope i tried which is Forms.io and CRM.io.

The tool is extremely powerful for CRM, marketing, sales, and HR apps. The extensive app marketplace allows it to integrate with a number of platforms, including Mailchimp, HubSpot CRM, and Stripe. Also, it's extremely easy to use, giving me a clear overview of our leads and clients, letting me store quotes, files, emails, and basically everything about my leads and clients. A great advantage of 500apps is that I can access all apps for one value price.

When it comes to various software we use, 500apps takes a little longer to introduce and adapt, but once it's customized to your needs, it becomes easier and easier to use.

This software has clean and clear user interface, outstanding support, and the ability to create strong customer relationship management and automate our business processes effeciently. There is a decent amount of flexibility in scaling up has saved us enormus amount of time and financial resources. The service also offers a trial period for all apps. What I like most about the suite is that all the apps are integrated, making it easier to complete my tasks quickly.

In my usage, I didn't find any flaws As a whole, 500apps has been excellent and is a good upgrade from our previous system.
