There are sometimes lags in the apps on 500apps because they update so regularly. Apart from that I haven't faced any issue.

I haven't tested all the solutions on the market, but I think 500apps' cloud version is well worth the price of... just $14.99! Managing contacts and leads is great, and dealing with deals is intuitive and effective as well.

In the beginning, it can be difficult to understand the platform, so it would be nice to have more tutorials or FAQ's/documentation on the app usage and functionality.

I subscribed to it to use Forms.io (so i paid 14.99 USD). You can create forms but your respondents cannot fill the form on mobile without having to download the mobile app (which make no sense). Also the integration of responses with CRM.io does not work. The support was not helpful. I wasted my time. I also don't appreciate that the support staff takes you from high (like of you know nothing). All in all, i went to survey monkey, paid 40 USD and was satisfied. 500apps is cheap but there is a reason for that. I spend thew time to write this review because your time is valuable and you don't want to waste it.

The tool is extremely powerful for CRM, marketing, sales, and HR apps. The extensive app marketplace allows it to integrate with a number of platforms, including Mailchimp, HubSpot CRM, and Stripe. Also, it's extremely easy to use, giving me a clear overview of our leads and clients, letting me store quotes, files, emails, and basically everything about my leads and clients. A great advantage of 500apps is that I can access all apps for one value price.

When it comes to various software we use, 500apps takes a little longer to introduce and adapt, but once it's customized to your needs, it becomes easier and easier to use.

This product is fantastic! It has helped me keep track of my marketing and sales initiatives and has shown significant improvements in the results as of late. I have been using 500apps for a while but never had any big issue. Some minor issue(lags) came but got resolved by the support team in no time. Else its a very good to go app suite.

The best way to describe 500apps is "Jack of all trades master of none". After the onboarding session, you realize that all their apps have very basic features, which you can find in the free edition of any other SAAS app. Don't waste your time and money, they won't refund you after the onboarding session, where you realize that their app is garbage. Probably because it's the only income they have. Their Sister company Agile CRM is the same thing, most of the features don't even work, and you get this error not in service at this moment". Stay away from these two companies Agile CRM & 500apps. trust me.

While the internal integration of all apps is going well, external integration sometimes lags.

They will promise 2 weeks free trial, but they will charge your card immediately , they will assure you that you yourself asked them to charge your card, and then they will convince you to still try their services for 30 days, but really for free.They will call you again and again, but they don't refund you after 5 business days. Who are you fooling? Themselves. This is how petty scammers behave. I'll request our bank to refund it.
