I like that you can have everything here. Payroll stubs, internal job applications, knowledge base, individual development plan and can be accessed anywhere you are with a downloadable app.

Honetly, I dont see any other thing that has to be improved here because they tailor fit your needs as a company. Great job!

Horrible experience at the implementation stage, can't imagine how bad it will be when having to deal with the customer support team. I was very impressed with the functionalities offered by Workforce Now software and WFN OTG has nothing not even the minimal functionalities that QuickBooks would offer.

Ease of use and friendly user interface. Nothing much to say for pros as it has been a horrible experince and the worst software and the team I have come across.

Implementation Specialist was very incompetent, lack of knowledge about payroll, not familiar with the software functionalities, taking too long to solve one simple payroll issue, very unprofessional. Even though the cost was higher than the other software's, I had more experince using ADP WFN product and thought that WFN OTG will be the same, which it is not. Doesn't even provide simple functionalities to separate Stat holiday pay from Regular pay.

It is so easy for me to track employees different requests from time off, personal, vacation, or sick. I love looking at the request off logs so I can see it all on one screen. I also get notifications so I know to log in and check for a time off request. I always utilize putting in a black out calendar, or days that employees cannot request off.

You have to change your password every couple of months.

The fact that everything can be done online and that HR contact is optional. Planning my events is made simpler by being able to quickly see how many hours were taken for PTO, sick leave, and work.

I adore having instant access to my clock and the ability to take time off. You can review your timesheet, PTO/sick time, and any company vacation. It is quite simple to use and doesn't appear antiquated.

I have found that utilizing a laptop is generally preferable to using a mobile device. Its occasional lag bothers me. Not every content loads as quickly as it should.

Overall, I'm very happy with ADP and hope to use them in the future when my business grows to that point.

I love ADP Workforce On the Go as a employee. It makes it easy to get my W2s from jobs I may no longer be at. It makes viewing paystubs easy and punches so I can help my employer ensure accuracy. As a business owner, when I get to hire employees, I hope to us ADP Workforce ON the Go as an employer. If it's streamlined on the employee side, I'm sure the employer side is just as fantastic and user friendly.

One change, I'd like to see in the future would be a way for employees to submit a change of information: address, phone number, name, etc and where they could upload proof of such a change. That would make changes easier for both parties. As a woman who's been married and divorced twice, change of information can be a difficult process for all.

We use ADP for H/R resources, links, E-time attendance, etc. Having this available "on the go" is necessary and very convenient. The software is also very easy to navigate.

The search feature isn't the most intuitive and could be improved, but hard to find cons with this softwaare

I love the access staff have on the go when life doesn’t give you time to clock in.

Staff can download this on their mobile device and look at the PTO Balance and have access to our company values etc

I like the fact that employees can easily submit time off requests that symc directly to their timecard.

There is a lack of syncing at times, pulling reports aren't very clear or detailed. Need more of a custom report.

Every company I have worked for has used ADP and there is a reason for that, it is best in class and really is helpful.

I love how easy it has been to get information about my pay, statements, and tax forms. Instead of having to search through emails or hunt down my HR team, I can login and get everything I need quickly with a nice breakdown of where my money is going.

I can't say there is anything I dislike about the software as it really is easy to fix any problems that arise by either working with their support or changing things yourself in the system.

This software is by far the easiest for my employees to use. They understand and are capable of doing many things using this.

It’s nothing I do not like about this software

It helps to keep up with my hours for the week, and it gives me the opportunity to leave the reason why I am requesting time off, and why I have a missed pouch on my timesheet for the week. ADP Workforce Now on the Go is the only program I have ever used on the job that was easy and convenient to use.

I was able to clock in and out easily, and I could see my hours worked for the week and my PTO time used. Everything was easy to access.

I had no complaints about it at all because it has taken care of my needs.

I had a very bad overall experienc. Mainly due to customer service.

The adp app is how I was conducting all my finances for a while

There aren't the right kind of features that I was looking for and customer service was horrible.
