Pros
- It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
- It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
Cons
- I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
- Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
Pros
- Having independent contractors working for me, it is easy to track everyone's hours. Whether they are day players or on a project for the duration.
- I like that I can track my time on projects and that it is integrated with Microsoft Teams.
Cons
- The end of the month reports are bad, I can never approve my report without help. Our workplace has a lot of flexibility with work days and hours and the system is not flexible.
- Testing from developers is poor - every time changes are uploaded I encounter broken functionality.
