Crown Time & Attendance

Payroll accuracy is the most fundamental benefit of the system as well as leave entitlements.

PROS

Having the ability to have a full audit trail even when something get's removed/deleted. Ease of use and pay accuracy but it's more than just that as it helps the operational teams manage their staff more efficiently.

CONS

Yes there are a couple of things that I would like tweaking but for the life of me I can't remember what they are now!

Reason for choosing Crown Workforce Management

We've been using Crown since 2014 when we were tupe transferred from NUH to Carillion. Prior to this we used Allocate Healthcare Roster which didn't fit our needs and expectations within our division.

In general it is a user friendly system, which deals well with absence management.

PROS

It is a very user friendly system, which handles our workforce management well.

CONS

The reporting can be a bit hit and miss, with some reports only exporting as a pdf. I can see data in the system, but struggle to access it for reporting in excel or csv format.

It does the job and we could utilize it so much more if we had the time to sit down with the business and explain what it could do for them

PROS

It has a modern look and feel to it and the reporting is good

CONS

It is managed using 2 applications instead of one and the reporting for non standard items is difficult

We already had it in place so to upgrade was the easy choice. We will review the whole business in 2022

Crown Review

Our Account Manager deal with any issues we have and the helpdesk are very efficient.

PROS

The look and feel of the product is good.

CONS

If you want to make changes to your rules with regards to overtime shift etc this is not easy to do any you have to really pay for a consultant.

The product was the best in the market at the time and cost were competitive.
