My experience with GitScrum has been absolutely amazing, especially considering I'm a new user of the platform. I must give them kudos for providing such a helpful and fantastic experience, even with their free trial. It's been a great journey using GitScrum, and I look forward to exploring more of what they have to offer.

What I absolutely love about GitScrum is its real-time updates. They have been a game-changer for our business, allowing us to stay on top of things with automation technology. It has made handling complex processes a breeze and optimized our workflow. Moreover, it saves us a significant amount of time through automated recurring tasks, webhooks, and APIs. The seamless integration of these features has truly revolutionized how we manage our projects and collaborate as a team.

I believe GitScrum could have provided a way to reach out to their customer services directly through their platform, instead of having to use Gmail or an external email service to contact them. It would have been more convenient and seamless for users to have an in-platform communication channel with their support team.

I found it productive and interesting to use it, more than Trello which was my ex to-go thing. I left it in favor of GitScrum.

The thing I liked most about GitScrum is the level of freedom it give us to create custom fields and other parameters what need to make most of it.

I think UI and UX still need to be improved. I often get puzzled and lost in the app.

I like mostly the ability to create sub-projects, having an integrated time-tracking and create templates for everything.

There are currently a lot of features missing, but I believe that is normal because is a recent platform. What's most disappointing is the UI/UX. When I acquired GitScrum I thought the UI was really bad, but I thought "well, it's a prototype, it will improve later", but now that it was made from scratch AGAIN and is still looking like 2008 is unacceptable, there are so many up-to-date and fully-developed platforms right now where you can get inspiration from. This doesn't seem to be a mater of having few time available, just looks amateur. The integrations were also a surprise, it said it had a lot, but then the only thing they do is to one-time bulk import everything.

Initially excited so purchased the top plan but quickly became frustrated and have now switched to another product.

Pretty easy to use and seemed to be the ideal solution but I quickly found it lacking in a number of areas.

Lack of features. One key feature was the white labelling but you've never implemented SSL on our own sub-domain so I've not been able to use that at all.

GitScrum has so many features and capabilities that it's difficult to learn it all in one go.

Having been an early adopter, I was shocked to discover that they have implemented a policy of deleting tasks, which severely hampers the functionality and reliability of their service. It is truly disheartening to witness a company prioritize their own profit margins over the needs and satisfaction of their loyal user base.To make matters worse, Gitscrum's recent announcement regarding their updated Workspace Data History policy only served to exacerbate the problem. By limiting the data history to a mere three months for Lifetime Deal (LTD) license holders, they have effectively trapped users into a frustrating and restrictive situation. It feels like a deliberate attempt to coerce users into purchasing expensive upgrades, rather than genuinely catering to their needs.The decision to impose such absurdly short task limits is nothing short of a betrayal of trust. As a user, I relied on Gitscrum to provide a reliable and comprehensive project management solution. Unfortunately, this recent change demonstrates a complete disregard for user needs and satisfaction. Very useful for project planning, the canvas view is nice and very user friendly. Keeps team on same page.

The chance to create a project emailing workflow is very useful, so it keeps people who need to be informed. Pricing is fair.

Lack of apps for android, IOs and PC. When downloading files shared in gitscrum, it changes the name to awful characters, doesn´t keep the original name. Integration with other apps is very limited. Doesn´t comply with Google Drive. There is no chance to archive finished projects.

This company scams its users with arbitrary price and rule adjustments. We 'invested' in this company early on by purchasing a LifeTime deal. This deal was for a workspace with no limits on number of users, storage, etc. Now they want to force a monthly subscription on all users, which costs annually what we paid once as LifeTime price, or you can only store your data for 3 months, after that all data, tasks etc. will be deleted. What is especially bad, this was announced to us 1.5 weeks before the change was introduced. A completely absurd deadline.Stay away from this company and with it Gitscrum.

This has been my best found in 2018, I am very happy with how much faster my construction projects/workflow has become after moving to GitScrum.

I run a Property Construction company and we have moved to adopt the scrum project management methodology in 2018. Initially we looked at other construction project management softwares that are readily available, however they look really dated and we wanted to use something newer and more flexible and customise to our needs, this is when we stumbled upon GitScrum. Setting up GitScrum was a breeze - everything is layout intuitively, and their UI is very modern and pleasing to use. Their support is very responsive and their founder is very approachable and helpful. I had a problem setting up my account and while waiting for the support to reply, I messaged the founder and to my surprise, he responded immediately and helped me fix it. Top-notch software with a very passionate founder, I am happy I found this app and imported all my projects to it. PS: The Rabbit mascot for GitScrum is so cute!

The development team is pushing out updates too fast (they add new features and updates weekly), it just means I have to keep learning new features in this already feature-rich software.

Overall the software meet its purpose. As agile practisioner, i was quite impressed how gitscrum deliver the features for us to maximize the agile method

Easy to use and active improvement from their community. The ui has been through a lot of improvement since the first time i was using it.

Sometimes i encounter difficulty in dealing with the software error like authentication using gmail and need to contact the support for help.

Overall this is a great time saver. No better way to stay organized.

I believe mobile app is a must. It will be more easer for me to manage my team, assign tasks and monitor the progress from my mobile device.

I need to plan workloads then track progress. This is not the tool!

The price seemed good at first until I started using it. Its very pretty. It is very configurable. All the Kanban board items you like for example. A lot of the normal lookup type lists like effort type etc can be customised.

There is a Gantt chart feature but but no way to set a start and end date for a task? It has very little integration with anything other than social media chat applications. The support is non existent and finding contact details is extremely hard to find and feels like that's the way they want it. Where's the GIT in GITScrum, nowhere. There's plenty of media bestowing its virtues but no documentation or help to back up its claims. Its a Kanban board only, dont expect anything more.

GitScrum is a great project management tool. It does help you manage teams and project for small and medium sized teams. It offers great features like sprint planning and performance tracking points as well.

The software is good but not the best! There are places where more work is needed and they offer almost zero support, so okay if you are ready to adopt their deals. You will need to refresh the software page once you edit a task, so that it work comfortably.

It is simple, easy to use. Enough for free lancer and small teams management.

I mostly use the board. Some features are missing. Although my reason to choose this platform is minimalist and easy management for my projects. But still some things are missing. These are: 1) Unable to delete/archive tasks after i completed them. So my board is getting larger and larger. 2) Because of my some columns' tasks are long list (because of 1), taking me long time to order my tasks , and when dragging a task to the top , scroll doesn't move by it self. so i move 5 tasks up each time , and scroll up and etc... 3) I connected my bitbucket account, but I don't get any benefit from that. Or couldn't find a place that give me benefit. 4) Except subtask relation no other option to add relate a task to another. ( related to, blocked by, and adding manually subtask relationship.) 5) Some formatting in description and comments are missing. Partial code cannot be beautifully added to the task.

It is a great tool, rapidly growing with promising future. Waiting for the update in the next days, where we expect to see the little issues vanish.

The dark theme has some styling issues that are expected to be solved soon. In the early stages we faced some bugs like tasks unable to edit/delete.

I now use GitScrum to manage some personal projects.

I love being able to manage a large number of projects from one dashboard, and discovering new features every time I login. There is a very active community on Facebook where you can ask any questions if stuck.

The UI is lacking but the GitScrun team are actively working on this. No mobile app but again GitScrum are working on it.

Incredible program works perfectly for me and also the amount of improvement Gitscrum are planning to add to this program is out the world.

Being able to see what my team has done and plan to do next. Time jobs See how improvements can be made to jobs by looking at how long things took to happen.

Nothing so far since overall had no problems with the software.

Sprint setup can’t create in batch. Assigning task to sprint doesn’t show the sprint date range. Incomplete task doesn’t have option to automatically bring forward to next sprint. Limited notifications, customize trigger to inform scrum master on overdue tasks.
