A great companion to Harvest

The pros section describes how valuable HeroBI is. I enjoy using it, it is very helpful to manage our services business, and they continue to add more and more capabilities all of which are bingo for us!

PROS

We use Harvest as the backbone of our services business, and it is great. However Harvest has some gaps, some of them are very important to have transparency and insights of the business. That's where HeroBI comes into play to provide the missing pieces. The things I like the most is (obviously) the seemless integration with Harvest, the insights it provides (forecasting, revenue, utilization), and a small feature but super helpful of tracking how team member track their hours (including notification with actual names and missing hour) which allows us to report all hours and bill the clients on time.

CONS

HeroBI continues to add more and more features, which is great. I look forward to the staffing forecast module, which I believe is on the roadmap. Harvest is missing a bunch of very needed features that are not part of HeroBI value proposition, and hopefully products such as HeroBI can push Harvest forward.

HeroBI product review

The overall experience has been wonderful. HeroBI is an incredibly valuable upgrade to our existing Harvest instance.

PROS

The integration with Harvest, as well as our existing business processes, was seamless. The revenue forecasting capabilities are intuitive and incredibly valuable. The time tracking component updates employee's hours daily against the expected hours, which allows us to determine whether the missing hours will be sufficient to close gaps in our monthly revenue projections.

CONS

Forecasting team utilization is the number one feature I'd like to see added.

Very client-centric, responsive, and focused. Highly recommended!

It was clearly designed by someone with deep personal understanding of companies like mine.

CONS

The product is clearly still being optimized - more features keep coming, and I look forward to more tools and alerts that drive better business decisions.
