My overall experience has been great, the system is effective and efficient and I save time and money by utilizing Homebase.

I love the the user friendly app that any of my employees are able to navigate no matter their age.

This software is notorious for keeping employees accountable. Since this app detail-oriented, it will inform you of any/all employee activity.

Flexibility for multiple permission levels is a great feature. Best time clock/employee database program for the money.

There were good features like including hiring posting online for free. That one saved me a ton of time and money.

I love the time sheets and daily reports, as both keep us super dialed in with the time management and labor costs for our team. The features are intuitive and simple to navigate.

It would have been preferable to explore the product on my own before having to be harassed by the sales/support team.

Works great, very easy to use, love the notifications if an employee forgot to clock in or requested off. Access from my phone if I am away is awesome.

I liked how it was easy to set up my employee's time sheets, was easy to navigate threw for scheduling shifts and time clock.

I also love the scheduling, time sheet integration, PTO, chat/messaging, integration w/ Clover is HUGE. Having the COVID checklist when clocking in is also a great addition.

Ease of use and capabilities. Being able to build a schedule and look at in in different ways and post it to employees so they receive it on the app and via text is great.

The main problem that we have experienced was the ipad disconnecting from network, resulting in changes not being made, unable to clock in/out, and new updates would boot us out of the app.

I thoroughly enjoy the Homebase platform and its ease of use. Everything is color coordinated, which is my favorite part.

I can tell by their professional tips and tricks that they push out that they understand that when they help us, we help them.

Not being able to remove the wage feature after it has been entered. Also, it does not work well with Salaried employees.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.
