Not exactly, so far no concerns with the software

Infotech HRMS is user-friendly and has helped us reduce on the manual work. For example, leave application. The most important advantage is easy retrieval of information

Employee basic details hard to complete one by one, hope can same as salary adjustment got "next" and "previous" button.

I have seen some companies have their own HRMS software but I feel when there is software like this, no need to spend time on creating HRMS rather can create different products for the best of the company.This software is easy to use with all the features and the company can go for options with the features they only need it.

Some additional capabilities like sorting the table with the date can be done. Because to find a claim that is pending, I have to search it by clicking one by one. Or can just show one more column as status in the table

Like the TMS and the LMS modules. Both are quite ok.

It's a little rigid and not too user friendly.

Leave Management. Able to check all employees leave application with easily.

Custom report for each module is confusing

Sometime cannot track the location .

Can save many times to do manual work and all function likes payroll and HR can be done using the same software.

Some of the function in Info-tech will be more complicated, need to have more time to familiar with those function.

The time in and time out takes a while to appear on the screen.

Info-tech by far it's a user friendly HRMS that I have used for my career

no cons for info-tech HRMS. been a happy user.

The transition from former software to HRMS All-in-one-Software was within deadline.

Modules are easy for users to understand.Comprehensive for HRM.Meets the budget.Support from vendor.

Appraisal module may not suit company's required format.

I think we should have more straight forward details like on the leave page. like at one look you can see the balance leave, medical leave or what ever leave entitlements are rather then gg to the reports to check with is sometimes quite tricky.

Excellent and Good, most importantly it is very productivity and after sales support for problems encountered in the module is fast.

very efficient in help to generate payroll generation flows, prompt CPF contribution update and accurate in the computation.

-have to switch between Info Pay and Info Leave to search for some reporting which can only be found in either one module.-Also icons between companies and types modules too close to each other

Being a user, I usually use this software to put up the medical claims and leave approval. I find it very user friendly software.

When u apply the leave for the particular period and submit it. When u track it for approval it shows each day leave in the individual rows instead of one row for the particular leave period.

Payroll that saves us a lot of time; more efficiency.

Info-tech lacks flexibility which does not allow cross entity to view leave calendar of staff

Easy use of the software and time ,management is workable to calculate the timing of employees .

After 4 hours sometimes it is not reflecting in the Tablet.
