I use INE platform to achieve my certification, and INE help me to better understand a process. I implement in my network what I learn. Also I use INE as a starting point when I want to discover a new technology.

Every topic is explained very well, by the qualified people. I used INE mainly for networking courses but in the years INE platform was growing from networking (CCIE preparation) to Cyber Security, Cloud, Data Science. Any people who work in IT will find a course suitable for them.

I wish INE to provide more labs, and the process of starting the lab to be more faster.I wish the topology and primary config used for the courses to be in CML, EVE-NG and GNS3 format.

It's awesome platform to get educated. It provides good learning experience.

Instructors are very educated and spoken language is easy to understand along with quizzes and labs keep things interesting.

Fee structure is not optimised , it is difficult to know what courses are in basic.

I subscribed for premium+ and spent over $1000 AUD. I started my journey on the eJPT and received my certification after 4 months of hard study. Working toward eCPPTv2 and eCPTXv2 (now randomly removed) and I am receiving 0 support when I am emailing, I have sent about 5 emails over 3 weeks with 0 response. I am terribly dissapointed with INE and feel I have wasted a fair bit of $$$.

eJPT was a great course and I really enjoyed the quality content.

The worst customer service I have come across. It feels you have taken my money and forgot about your customers..

Very Good overall have access to other similar products (CBT Nuggets) but does not really compare to the needed training level as the CCNP exam

Learning categories are separated well so review is easier for more efficient use of time

Some topics in Certification area are very long in comparison to Cisco Certification guide and could be condensed

The experience is great so far, just the value for money is not there yet compared to TCM Academy where you can choos which specific course you can choose to study.

Lack of interactovity and expensive specially the annual premium subscription. There should be other option like 3mos, 6mos only. Oudated threat hunting but it teaches the foundation which is great.

What I like most about INE is the way instructors deliver the content, its clarity, and the ease of following instructions and labs. They equip you with all the necessary content to pass the exams they provide.

Sometimes the close caption isn't 100% accurate but isn't matter if you're familiar with the content.

Support team timings does not meet with the Asian time zones.

The video player is not the best, constant lag when not in the foreground on multiple machines, progress does not always sync.

The most impactfull feature is the video material, where I can watch different video at different speed.

There is not place to sping up a testing env apart from playground provide on some course, It will be great to have access to any cloud platform where learner can create vm or cloud instance to perform test.

Of course. I can gladly share my experience with INE.After enrolling in INE's courses, the educational materials and resources became easily accessible. INE trainers are very professional and the materials and trainings are really on demand and completely related to real time environment.

INE also needs to focus on other side engineers who work on support and maintenance. I really like INE to include training like troubleshooting and other day to day challenges faced by operations

I like the fact that their courses are easy to follow along and the instructors take a step by step approach in making it look easier and also have a virtual lab where we can do assignments as well as get solutions to tasks.

The depth of the course material and it's quality.

It doesn't always have the course you're looking for. Or the course is a minor aspect of a course that's a different subject.

The thing I like the most about INE is their course materials, learning paths and the labs. And their support is also great.

A small portion of the course material is outdated.

Learning is a key part of cybersecuirty and INE is one of the best place to learn and get hand's on expericne, on real life experience , their videos and labs are guided way through which we can learn and grow and stand out in this growing cyber world.

They should have some challenges by which we can judge what we have learn, they have labs but they are same as the learning but nothing new, so they should provided such labs where we cna enhance our learning and creative skills.

Ease of use(eg: learning path) and teaching methodology is great with quality and integrity.

There are a lot of courses and certs available, including a certification on mobile apps Penetration Testing, which is not common. With a single subscription it is possible to access all courses and all coupons allow for two exam attempts.

The courses material (at least the "new" eWPTv2 course material, which I enrolled for) it is still very old and stale. The quizzes are very often too easy or they make no sense at all (why should I commit to memory how many characters are needed to represent 18 bits of binary data in base64? this was a real question on the eWPTv2 course. Who writes these questions?). Plus, I peeked at other courses and sometime the downloadble material is not there at all (like the binary samples in the eCCPTv2 course).

I like it very much; it's extremely useful for my daily job and also for preparation for my future certifications and job positions

There are no training about CCDE certification; there's only a CCDE exam review

I feel like it is a good starting point to learn and grow. There's a lot to learn and I am happy that the courses are up to date. I am trying to study every week and I like it so far!

I find that paying for a subscription and be able to perform any courses is an excellent feature. There's a lot to learn and there's also labs which is what I was looking for. I love being able to test out what I learn and that is what we are able to do here. It is also easy to come back to where we are with the "Resume" feature.

I am not sure if this is available yet since I am focused on the courses. However, I believe it would be nice to have some kind of Challenges available for either the Defense or Offense.

The option to self pace the learning experience Also option to revisit labs to retry and harden new learned skills :D

Sometimes labs are non responsive and the established shell connectivity falls appart but it can be also good - so you can do it again and test what you have learned :D
