Short evaluation of Qollabi
I am amazed by the simplicity of a tool that is capable of driving a real performance. People do not do what you expect, they do what you inspect (but then they hate to do it) and somewhere in the middle there is Qollabi which is facilitating your daily life ! I want to thank also BIG TIME the entire Qollabi team for the daily follow up and care about adapting Qollabi to my needs, while not compromising on quality and always wanting to improve with suggested ideas.
PROSA completely customizable software with clear state of play of todo's, easy to share in order to obtain 1 paln and 1 view of the joint success of a company and its partners
CONSIntegration with the current business processes is complex indeed, but not as challenging as it might look despite the fact that strong commitment is needed to realize it, otherwise it is worthless.

Baloise meets Qollabi
It helps us to focus on the acitvities to achieve some defined goals instead of focussing only on the result of a collaboration. In this way our accountmanagers can make a difference in their relationship with the broker.
PROSit's helps us to focus on the activities defined in function of the taken engagements and tasks.
CONSIt would be helpfull when it woud be able to print some results or to forward some screens to our brokers. Also the implementation of a kind of reminder could help us to folow up some tasks.

Transparancy & focus throughout the whole organisation.
Very nice cooperation, they truly listen to the needs of their customers!
PROSWhat is most important about the Qollabi software is that it brings the attention where it should be. What are the sales activities my team is performing. We at bpost strongly believe in the ROA method. Results are driven by objectives and objectives can only be met by doing sales activities (calling clients, having meetings, sending out offers). No activities equals no sales. Thanks to Qollabi I have an aggregated view of all activities, per sales person , per cluster, region up to the national level. We also use the Qollabi platform to set up our sales plan, which then are transparent throughout the whole organisation. Qollabi also helps or sales force to make SMART plans and my sales manager to do a better follow-up.
CONSThe only disadvantage I can think of is the fact that we made a personalized tool, therefore it took some time to deliver the customized tool. Also there is some change management involved so that takes some careful planning and coordination.

it helps us to think about the collaboration we really have with a broker.
PROSIt helps the account manager to follow up his plans and actions with the broker. All the information is in one system.
CONSThe account manager should get a sign on the date he marked out to make an appointment for a follow up with the broker. It would be usefull if we could make some extractions in a pdf or excel that we can send out.
