I love the ease of use and how it allows me to interact with other users by implementing gaps for shift covers and notifications for any shifts created.

Product is extremely easy to use and having the ability to have it on your phone with the app is brilliant.

I love that the rota geek has an app and you can see your shifts on your phone at ease with reminders and the college your Woking with.

You feel like you are talking to a real person, who is invested in your business and wants to help as quickly as possible. It is a large business with a small one-to-one feel.

But aside from this, the worst thing is that it's sometimes a bit slow to get going.

It sometimes can be a bit laggy, and the leave system can be confusing to navigate at times.

I also find it easy to use for shift scheduling and the help function when you speak to a real person is absolutely outstanding.

I love how easy it is to use. I like the fact that it works out the hour budgets and saves me time.

Very easy to use, response time is really good when i need help, and has helped with organizing the business.

I have yet to come across a real problem or something I dislike about this simple program.

Sometimes we have problems when putting in shifts that it changes the shift. This has only been a recent problem.

It can be quite frustrating when you are having to redo work because of this.

Staff being able to check in and out for their shifts. Having a system that integrates  between rotas and payroll is brilliant.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.

Many other products require you to buy additional items to get more features. Having the project management / time tracking system live in the same place as a full accounting product is a *huge* help.

Their customer support team has real people responding to your questions and they have great response time and are always happy to help.

The different departments worked very well together to pass along information that had been given so that our company did not have to constantly repeat information for the integration.
