TimeTrakGO has been perfect and fit exactly what we were looking for in almost every way possible. Anytime I have a question or concern someone is always there to immediately answer my question. I'll say it again, I love the look with green & red puzzle pieces, the printouts, and everything else about it. It all adds to make my job much infinitely easier.

I love everything about it. From its look, to it's ease to learn and use, to the immediate support I receive every time I have a question. It's perfect for what we needed.

I do have any real issues, but if I had to nitpick is that when I give a suggestion on a feature and they tell me they'll make a note of it. It would be better if someone would get back to you eventually about the specific feature you asked about and tell if you they're actually working on it, implementing it, or give you an estimated time

I find it very easy to use and it has been perfect for our office.

It was very easy to learn. I used another complicated time clock program for about 10 years and was never able to learn how to properly use it. With TimeTrakGo it was very easy to navigate.

I need to print time sheets for supervisor and employees to sign and it doesn't have the option to print the time sheets the way I need them.

Overall this system has been meeting our needs, considering prior to its implementation we were using paper time sheets and the honor system

The capacity to provide an app version coupled with geofencing has been very helpful as many of our daytime employees begin work once they arrive on the property

The system feels convoluted at first and takes time to understand how to pull reports for individuals or locations or how to edit time by individual. Overall functionality is poor. A lot of lag time after you try to click between functions

The setup is simple and intuitive. The training was simple, and everything just works when we need it to. Nothing like our previous system that required reboots and updates for onsite hardware. Between the Geofencing and mobile app features - TimeTrakGO helps us run our business without having to worry about our employee's attendance or payroll.

Time cards are decimal, and do not have the option to have actual hours and minutes. Have to convert each one to do our payroll. Its an extra step. Should have the option

Not good for use in California. Rounding option applies to lunch break. There is NO option to only have rounding apply to morning clock in and evening clock out. Forcing rounding to apply to lunch break is almost a deal breaker. Other programs allow you to choose rounding or not for lunch break. Not a good program for California.

Affordable, easy to use, has gps capability, you can limited the number of devices used to clock in or out. You can make changes or corrections to hours if an error occurs.

None there are no cons with the software

Overall saving me tons of time and headache processing payroll.

I like the ease of use. I like that can assign groups to Managers and make them participate in payroll approval.

Overall, I feel that TimeTrakGo is a great product for the price. I love the live, quick customer service and the ease of use. I have also not experienced much, if any, downtime on the site, which is a big factor in my book.

TimeTrakGo is a quality time keeping system that gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It is very simple to implement and is user friendly. As the administrator, I also find navigating and making time adjustments/additions very simple. I also am very pleased about the customer service offered. When you call them, you get to speak to a live person who is knowledgeable and friendly.

The thing that I wish was available on our TimeTrakGo account was a rounding option specifically for clocking in/out and not for meal breaks. To my knowledge, the current system allows for rounding, but only for all types of punches. We cannot round lunch breaks (needs to be down to the minute), but would like the 7 minute rounding option to apply to the start and end of the work day.

Our company used TimeTrakGO for almost 2 years and it was amazing. It was exactly what we needed. Prior to using this program we had paper time cards that our employees used. The digital timeclock was a great update to our company. It made it easier for our employees who were traveling to clock in and out and it made payroll a breeze! Nothing will compare to this program. Customer service is 10/10 and the program is extremely customer friendly!

Very easy to use. Reports were great! All of our employees loved the ease of the app and program. It was very easy for us to view who was on PTO and who was sick or even late.

It would be nice to be able to allow the administrator of the product to make changes via the cell phone app.

I love how easy to use TimeTrakGo is. Customer support is available any time that I need help. It has ben a great tool for me to track employees hours as well as vacation hours for my staff.

I would love to be able to have the staff schedule work for our needs but we have a very complicated schedule (every day is different) so TimeTrakGo does not meet our needs.

I would highly recommend this software and company to anyone needing a time tracking software whether you need geo-fencing for sister offices, facial recognition software or just clocking in or out to record time. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Talk to the representative they will have a solution for your company.

What I like most is the ease of use and set up. Very quickly integrated to our payroll software. The customer service and development team have been extremely helpful. At the end of the conversation, they always say if you need any additional help or information, please let us know.

That the salary feature is not quite available at this time. We still want to see the time analysis of the salaried employee.

We have had minor issues with glitches but most have been resolved.

I have been using the system for 6 months and find it easy to use. It is easy to add users and view reports, which I print out for company records. I also like that it is easy to fix problems, such as employees forgetting to clock in or out.

It would be nice to be able to keep track of the employee pay rate in the program and also be able to link it to my payroll office.
