Overall, it's very good. Recommended.

PROS

Software is easy and simple to use. The software calculates and accrual employees' time off based on set up formula. As a software administrator, I'm able to make a change/delete employee's existence request due to employee's request for changes. I'm able to enter, adjust time off balance as needed, and etc.... Very minimum time spend on operating the software because it is simple to use.

CONS

When request for support, it's take sometimes for the team to get back. It often takes many days for the response; but, fortunately, my requests are not urgent. In the end, the team helped me resolve the issues.
