Best Buddy for PMS automation

Built-in pricing automation
Overall it's okay. I got what i needed. Although it's not 100% a perfect fit, but i got what i needed. They should really work on booking engine and mobile app and make the development a priority.
PROSIts dynamic pricing feature is killer. I like how i can set up pricing strategy for the whole year and automate the decisions 24/7. No need to create multiple, complicated rate plans like i used to.
CONSHowever, its booking engine needs a lot of improvement. While it should be one of essential equipment for direct booking strategy, but currently it's barely usable. I hope they work on it soon!

Not actually switching, but i'm using both. Since they do well on different features. However, Hotelrunner has better performance in term of booking engine design, integrations, mobile app, also cheaper!

All in one!
Since the hotel was newly opened in August 2020, our ARR has been increasing significantly due to AIOSELL RMS's dynamic pricing. Early 2021, we switched to use AIOSELL's Channel Management and Property Management System and we have been enjoying using this cloud-base software.
PROSWith AIOSELL, we do not require any other software to run hotel. RMS, Channel Management with user-friendly PMS built-in, Booking Engine and Hotel Website in one system has helped saving time and expenses.
CONSWe look forward to seeing new features launched for POS.

Love for Aiosell
Integrating with Aiosell introduced me (a newbie) to the whole lot of things that a Hotel Hospitality industry should focus and know about. I didn't have to search for/ ask for things. Here all the things were there for me to learn and deliver best. It was so easy and quick to integrate too.Aiosell has made my job so easy and "efficient"Aiosell saves our time and is a very helpfull software. Their support team is so helpful. Rate decisions and constant monitoring on our rates, comp set rates and pock up to make decisions 365 days ahead
PROSDynamic rates functionality and the fact its constantly looking into the pick and make decisions several times a day, rather than 4-6 times a day in other RMS systems and the customer service team and implementation teams worked hand in hand to deliver us the completed project with 7 days which included integration with PMS

Great & Value For Money (RM Tool)
It's a wonderful piece of technology. When you use its Revenue Management tool, it can help you take your business to the next level. It provides a variety of filtering choices for increasing revenue. Month by month, day by day, and hour by hour
PROSDynamism is calculated on a 365-day to hourly basis. This is what i like the most.
CONSReports most of the time do not match with the real time data.

Good and prompt service
The channel manager was good and helpful for online bookings.
PROSThe weekly and monthly analysis and graphical representation of the room sales is excellent.
CONSThe dynamic pricing feature becomes a bit of a hassle to use because every time we need to contact the Aiosell team to reset the minimum and maximum sell rate. Even though the team has been very prompt.
