Apartments.com is a great product with exceptionally great customer support.

Ease of use could be improved to make the product more intuitive. Maintenance tracking could be improved with features like recurring tasks and high/low priority tasks.

Overall, I've really liked using Apartments.com. I like the application process. It's quick and easy for our potential tenants. I also like the ability to pay online. It keeps a nice record that both parties can use for reference.

The best feature for me has been the customer service. The few times that I've had to call in, I was surprised to be actually talking with a human being and that they were able to quickly and effectively address my issues.

The website can be glitchy at times. It's frustrating when you need to work on an application and the website is down or delayed.

Does everything to manage your property, haven't had much issue with it.

User interface is horrible, tenants always have issues using the tenant portal. Have to spend hours explaining how to use it.

Not being able to reimburse or refund payments directly. Seems to be confusing set up for our tenants and guarantors as well at times.
