Great tool for creating realistic estimates

It was great to be involved in the early stages of Scope. The Scope team were really open to develop the platform and tailor it for our business needs. As an agency we quickly identified where we were previously undercharging clients for certain deliverables.

PROS

Scope encourages you to think about the real value of the product/project you're delivering for your clients as well as the granular tasks involved in that delivery - helping you to put together a much more realistic estimate. It also integrated with our timesheet software to help us track actual time spent against estimate to get a real understanding of where we were potentially undercharging clients. Scope's ScopeMark also aims to offer an industry benchmark - with the aim of helping make the procurement process with clients more straightforward.

CONS

It could be time consuming to build a Scope but the exercise encouraged Account Managers and Producers to consider every stage and task of the project - making quotes much realistic and ensuring that valuable items/resource needed to deliver the project were not missed from the estimate.

Excellent product!

PROS

Ease of use and UI. Plus the idea behind the project is so simple yet so perfect for the industry. We have already used it to increase chargeable activity and pick up on over servicing.

CONS

Sometimes takes a while to build a scope but the detail is important, overall though an excellent product.

Useful software, very customisable, but lack of online signing is a huge miss

PROS

drag and drop functionality is good, range of services you can build a scope from is good

CONS

The lack of an online signing mechanism makes hours of more work for clients and us. For a lot of my dayd to day scope needs, the benchmarks aren't particularly accurate to my experience, so need quite a lot of altering. Erroneous roles popping up in odd projects - for example some planning presentations have oodles of designers and social specialists, but no planners.

Thank you for your review. We have DocuSign, signing of Scopes coming in a future release. This is scheduled to be live in Scope the 1st week in November 2018. This will allow your clients to sign Scopes online. Also you can save and edit the roles that are showing up in your data derived deliverables - and the system will learn and remove these for future deliverables. We can also look at the mapping of roles. Suggest you ask your System champion to get in touch with our support team so we can step you over this and then cover off with yourself and your teams. Use Scope to scoop more customers

this is among the best advertising software i have ever used

PROS

i love the way the software displays their advertising.

CONS

The software is a little bit expensive though i would love if they would offer it in a less cost.
