Positive Rating for Time Manager
Use of Time Manager increased our billing and collection of income. The reports generated has also helped track and improve productivity overall.
PROSTime Manager is a very user friendly software. Implementing its features in our company increased our ability to track productivity, bill clients in a timely manner and improve tracking of accounts receivables. In addition, customer service is extremely knowledgable, always available and helpful.
CONSThe only drawback is that there are many functions we are not utilizing fully, but that is a user issue, it is not through any fault of the software.

Time Manager my best friend
The software was easy to learn how to navigate, if I run into a problem the customer support team is available patient and professional
PROSI am responsible for billing our client, previously I would have to go through the hard attorney file, as well as our computers client file and "re-create" work that the attorney or other staff performed, check for expenses and so forth, once we got time manager I can now daly input the attorneys and other staff's time and any expenses incurred.
CONSI can't think of anything I don't lie or would change with this software.

Suggestions
It allows me to effectively manage my billing.
CONSThe software does not remain active when data is not being entered. This results in that the software must be turned off and reopened to enter additional data. Once I enter time spent on a matter and then start working on a new matter that may take me an hour, for example, when I try to enter the time for the new matter I have to close and reopen the software.
Reasons for switching to TimeManager
Timeslips for Mac was discontinued.

Love this billing program
It's easy to insert billing from our attorney's timekeepers, issue invoices, keep track of the A/R. Whenever I need help either by creating a new report or anything that I may need, their service department is excellent and I know they will go out of their way to help us and to have a fast resolution.
CONSIf there is anything that I may not like, I just call their service department and I will get a solution as fast as they can. This feature is excellent for us.

Great product for offices with both Macs and PCs
We liked that we were able to use the software on both Macs and PCs seamlessly. And the range of reports that we could run for various tasks are great.
CONSBecause of the size of the software we had to house it on our internal server which sometimes made it difficult to log in remotely.
