  • Pros

  • All of my questions get answered in a timely manner and they are frequently coming out with newer updates that help improve functionality. The cost is also excellent.
  • The excellent and quick customer support provided by their teams.
  • Cons

  • It is missing a few features that the biggest players in the game might have, but their deliverability rate is top-notch.
  • Lack of documentation on site, makes it difficult to fully understand all of Vizury's features.

  • I like that when an employee activates an alert it lets the rest of the staff know quickly through a notification and text. It also uses GPS to geolocate where the alert is coming from exactly.
  • Easy to use, staff assist is very helpful in using the App as most people panic just from using the software. Staff Assist gives the users confidence.
  • Cons

  • Holding the panic button down for 1.5 seconds only to be asked if we want to actually dial 911 burns valuable time that could be use to communicate with an emergency dispatcher.
  • I suggest eliminating the 1.5 second delay and/or the call confirmation question.
