It provides a very nice platform and a user friendly web environment.

The biggest negative is that some people call the number after receiving a text, which does not work well.

The customer service is top-notch. The rep is amazing to deal with and very quick to get back to us regarding any questions we have.

There are far better and less expensive options out there.

I went in to cancel and not only did it say that it was already cancelled, but it blocked me out.

Sometimes it's hard to find old conversations while using the mobile version of the app, but that might be user error.

This means that, for those specific fields and functions, you have very, very limited control of what you can edit, not even the title (at the very LEAST, we should be able to change the title!).

We have been working with you for almost 2 years and I have no idea why.

After a few days somebody on their end figured out that it was because they only mail to 10,000 addresses- unless you pay them another ridiculous bundle of money.

The Propertybase CRM allows users to manage leads and contacts via lead routing, drip campaigns and other automated processes.
