Amazing
It makes it so easy to process and close a file. everything can be done and saved online. you can see all of your activity, and assign tasks and other things to different people. You can always make changes and adjust things.
PROSQualia is the best. it is so intuitive and user-friendly. The customer service/support is awesome. It makes my job of processing and closing files SO MUCH EASIER. There are always updates going on to make it better

Good option for the evolving title industry
The most attractive part about Qualia is that it's web-based and accessible anywhere the Internet lives. Secondly, the ability to integrate (most) underwriters and other vendors into one platform basically sells it.
CONSBecause Qualia tries to "play with everyone" it presents the problem of you fix one feature for a particular agent or location, but it then creates an issue for another. Also, real estate and title is so different from one end of the country to the other, it's difficult to cater to everyone when it comes to specific features and options.

Old technology - and local server based. Not enough integration. Inefficient for our growing office .

Worst Experience in my 21 year career in Real Estate. NIGHTMARE!
It was a DISASTER from the get go. The onboarding they require focuses more on trying to sell you additional services that Qualia offers for even more money instead of training. My staff is very software friendly and we used this daily for over 6 months only to be told that our numerous concerns were based on our inexperience and inability to learn a new software.
PROSNOTHING! The software is not user friendly and customer service is horrible!
CONSWe were promised before I switched legal software that they ALWAYS have the most recent title forms on Qualia. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE, and after using for more than 6 months they still do not have the updated forms. We were told that merging documents would be "easy" and "fast" and it absolutely was not. Accounting in the system is terrible, as you cannot overwrite checks and deposits in Qualia if something changes at the table.

Hands down the most user friendly title/escrow software I've used in 24 years!
Very easy to customize everything to your company's needs. Customer service is readily available and responsive .
CONSI would like it if it was easier to mark up the documents within the document viewer and would love to have the ability to make notes directly on the documents rather than using a text box to view the note, that only pops up when hovering over it.

Much more customizable, user friendly. The reports are extremely helpful in tracking business and client trends, etc.

Head and Shoulders Over Others
The transition form our old software to Qualia was virtually seamless. Qualia support was extremely helpful with the transition and implementation. Our users are now pros on the system and there was a simple learning curve as the software is extremely intuitive.
PROSI like the accounting features most about the software. Particularly the ability to easily conduct a daily reconciliation and the Positive Pay function.
CONSWhat I like least is the cost of Qualia Connect.

Qualia: A Work Changing Software
I like it a lot. I was nervous at first but the learning curve was much smaller than other systems I have worked on. Even with only working on it about 9 months I have really like and learned a lot.
PROSIt is hard to choose just one thing but I would say that how it is organized. Each of the tabs work very well together in a way that flows from one to the other and back.
CONSIt is somewhat rigid where the system does not let the user have as much control whereas on another system I worked on before I was able to override and change things which would make my job easier.
Reasons for switching to Qualia
Our corporate office ultimately decided to switch but it was only a matter of time. It was really hard to work with especially if you aren’t god with computers.

We love Qualia!
Qualia has been a lifesaver and given our agency credibility.
PROSQualia is intuitive, user-friendly, and understands our industry. It works with our other business partners so that we can do everything in the program and it's ACCURATE! I've tested it. Qualia Connect saves us an unbelievable amount of time reaching out to our customers and partners getting information that use to take us hours to obtain. It saves us time and money and costs less than both of the other programs we've used.
CONSNothing. We like it all. I wouldn't change anything.

Qualia Review
I enjoy Qualia for its convenience and ease of use.
PROSEvery aspect of opening, processing, settlement, recording, and post closing are all in one place.
CONSNot many clients want to utilize connect because they're happy to just use regular email and I don't know how to turn connect off.

Quality Closings With Qualia
Overall, I love using Qualia and am so glad we have adopted this software into our practice. Everything is so convenient -- from ordering title and revising the commitment to e-signing documents for closing! I appreciate that the Qualia team is always responsive and ready to help solve any problem as well. Thank you!!
PROSI am a "list person" so the task list is my favorite feature. It eliminates the need for paper to-do lists for individual files and is great for providing a quick visual of what has been done. I like that our administrators created specific workflows for different types of purchases as a basis of what needs to be done, and I can customize those workflows to any necessary deviations in my file as well. This feature has definitely improved my processing experience.
CONSI don't like that it isn't "non-user" friendly -- if an agent or lender doesn't like it or can't access it for whatever reason, it makes it more time consuming for us. You cannot drag an email straight into the system without saving it to the desktop first, and cannot add a document to an email without downloading it first. We previously used Ramquest and this was a feature that is really missed by me and my coworkers now. I also don't like that there isn't a way for me to log in from the client's perspective so I can walk them through whatever they aren't understanding. I get many calls saying they can't log in or don't understand what they're being asked, and all I can say is, "I'm not sure what you're seeing on your end, but this is what was sent on mine." Would love to see exactly what the client does on their file!

Great Product
The time we save with ordering title work in the program and generating our closing docs with the click of a button has saved us so much time.
PROSI love how interactive Qualia is. It makes generating documents so easy and their customer service is the best!

Very glad we switched
We are extremely happy with Qualia overall. the fact that it interfaces easily with Word is one of the biggest benefits we see. As a law firm, we often tweak standard documents to meet the needs of our clients, and it is as simple as possible using Qualia. We also like the fact that they listen to us and try to integrate ideas that we have into the program.
PROSWe immediately saved at least 20 minutes per file in opening files. Getting around the various parts of the program is simple. Our office is substantially more productive since we started using Qualia.
CONSMy only real gripe is that because it is cloud based, they are constantly updating it. However, sometimes, an update to one part affects another part in unanticipated ways.

We were very unhappy with our old program - like many title closing solutions, it was still grounded in the 80's, while trying to look like it was a modern program. It was clunky and we had to come up with more than a few work-arounds to get it to work properly. We went from what was essentially a DOS based program, parading as a Windows program to a modern platform.

Light years beyond Title Express
Very happy with Qualia, wouldn’t have been able to keep up with our workload using Title Express, huge time saver.
PROSQualia is extremely user friendly, we really enjoy the note section, and the QR code is a wonderful time saver and prevents potential errors in saving a document accidentally to the incorrect file.

The most user friendly!
All and all Qualia is the best conveyancing software I've used. All software has its quirks but Qualia seems to be the least "quirky". Extremely user friendly and a really appealing modern look to it.
PROSQualia is so user friendly. Most features can be figured out without any resources. If you do need some help, the tutorials are also extremely user friendly! win win!
CONSWe like learning new ways to integrate Qualia into our workflow, but find that oftentimes the features we start to look into using, turns into needing to pay another arm and a leg and would include a lot of things we wouldn't use. Would be nice if we could pick and choose a bit more- a la carte.

Makes my life easier
This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.
PROSIt has everything you need in one hub... I use Qualia daily to open files, order title, record documents, post-closing tasks, and so much more. It is truly great.
CONSModern technology always has its ups and downs, the only thing I can think of is the lag time for refreshing policy rates and/or documents and issuing final title policies. Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.

Two Step Factor Authentication Huge Inconvenience
The customer service has always been outstanding. I am very happy about the overall turnaround time in resolving issues. The reps are always very pleasant.
PROSIt's integration with other closing software. We have not come across any discrepancies with rate calculations or endorsements.
CONSThere is no way to customize the software to your specific needs. For example, I handle title policies only so I would like the Policy Info & Rates page to be my default page when pulling up a file. There also needs to be a note section added to the existing Activity portion for the user to add specific notes & updates to the file. That way, I (and others) can see exactly where I left off on the file and refer back to the last note (Example: Spoke to the lender on 12/23. They need to update title commitment by 12/28. Emailed Jane for the commitment).

Would highly recommend Qualia
Overall I find it easy to use and time-saving.
PROSThe ease of use was a big one for our company. The communication with our clients increased. It was much easier to obtain needed information from the clients and other parties. And managing my tasks for each transaction has been extremely streamlined.
CONSThere are features in the accounting part of the software that are difficult to make fit certain types of transactions if they're not already established transaction types in Qualia.

Thorough and easy to use!
Support folks are incredibly helpful, and the most recent update allowing users to customize their order dashboards has been extremely helpful for everyone in all departments for at-a-glance reporting and decision making.
PROSQualia is easy to use and integrate with third party platforms like Gmail, making communications and document management easy. It's encrypted, so our clients feel comfortable sharing their information, which is huge.
CONSAt times, sending documents will fail if file is large. Simplifile will occasionally give a county not found error. The reports tab is restrictive in not allowing a custom date range

Qualia is Game Changing
The must have feature in Qualia is the customizable Workflows that are assignable to individual team members or to groups of team members. Not far behind is the ease of use and document management capabilities.
CONSThere is nothing to least like about it. Every time I find a part of the software that could work better in some way, within a few months, the latest upgrades are rolled out to do exactly that. It is clear that the software is constantly being reviewed and upgraded with the customer in mind.

Love Qualia
e signing is awesome! I like that we can interact with all parties and have the automatic reminders go out to interested parties.

Love this product
Qualia interfaces with CAD and we are able to locate properties faster, the file folders are all together and anyone can look at a file and see what has been done. Has great checklists. Came from a different program and this one is so easy to use. Also has great customer support who respond in a timely manner.
PROSThis product is easy to use, has great tutorials and make the whole process super streamlined.
CONSWe use marketplace and sometimes the interface doesn't seem to work and wants credentials. We use templates so when this happens it can be a pain.

FINALLY a title program FOR title companies!!
Overall we have reduced our turn around time by nearly 75%. I receive emails from clients DAILY thanking us for our fast turn time!
PROSQualia has made my job so much more efficient. Our entire office is running smoother thanks to this program! Everything links together seemlessly.
CONSOne thing we have a problem with is that the title fees "reset" to a default when there are changes to the loan and/or purchase price. We have a lot of different fee schedules for different clients and then we have our standard/default fees. We have to be extra careful to not send out CDs that have accidentally reset. At a minimum I'd like to see an alert function that asks us to verify the revised figures.

Great Title Software
Qualia is a little more expensive than other title software, but you definitely get what you pay for. Qualia greatly improves employee productivity with its automations and intuitive structure. Without Qualia, I would need a larger staff. Also, because of the ease of use, employee morale is higher, as opposed to places I have worked where people seem to constantly complain about issues with other software programs.
PROSHaving only used older title software, I was amazed at Qualia's features when we began using it at my new firm. The software alone can do the job multiple people did manually at my old firm, especially if titlework is ordered through Qualia's marketplace. Integrations with title companies, shipping providers, and more drastically save time from not having to switch from website to website, login to login.
CONSThe most difficult part of Qualia is getting all the automated features set up as you want them. However, once things are set up, the automatically generated settings and documents save tons of time.
