The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.

So far FreeAgent is amazing and more than we thought it would be.

We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.

All this at a reasonable price perfect and easy to recommend.

The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.

Integrates well with Office 365. Looks great and is neat and tidy.

I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.

I like ease of use and the responsiveness of customer service. This is a great product for small to medium size companies.

On multiple occasions they've turned around and pushed into production our product feature requests in a matter of days or weeks. Zapier & Mailchimp integrations are a huge plus too.

Great product, EXCELLENT customer service. You won't find anything comparable to this for the price.

I like the fact that you can do so many integrations like Mail chimp and Zapier.

Lack of reporting is something that is being addressed. Email integration is inconsistent if you're using an Exchange server.

Having to learn new technology. I am not well versed in using computer software and integrations.

Coming from Excel, this is obviously superior. I like most the ability to track what each of our sales reps are doing, the email analytics and dashboards.

Easy to use and functional. I like the most is that I can know when my client open a Mail.

It is easy to customize to my business needs and the customer support is excellent.

Workflows are a big help and the customer support (both chat and email) is amazing. We were able to use the product almost immediatley.

If Salesforce customers would be aware of FreeAgent CRM, Salesforce would have no clients any longer.

Overall Myself, and my agency have been very happy with the FreeAgent Product and onboarding team.

It's reliable for the most part. Any issues or questions I've had have been sorted out by the Support Team and Account Manager very quickly.

The setup, integration and training were straightforward and relatively easy.

I love the different views available, the customizable apps, report features, and the new RingCentral integration will be so helpful.

Simplicity of making changes and customizing the information stored under accounts, opportunities, and contacts.

Setup has been very collaborative and accommodating to our schedule as a growing business. Free Agent is easy to use and has saved us a ton of time on a daily basis.

Eddie Lampert likely doubted that established, 100+ year old Sears would fall 99.

We liked how it worked as a process flow management tool. We looked at other tools, such as salesforce, and they were not easy to conceptually fit into our process.

You have get in there and use it a few times, you have make edits and changes to the terms, drop down options.

I like the lay out of the software. Its pretty easy to navigate around and the overall quality of the design is nice.

Overall Brazen is a great tool and we’ve been very happy with the results. We were customers before COVID so we were ahead of the curve but have been using it even more now.

We begin working with a sales representative that offered excellent customer service. That service has continued and we have much success with using this platform for virtual recruiting.

The simplicity of connecting with students along with the data to measure success of each event, is extremely helpful when reviewing the ROI of events when deciding on outreach strategies.

I also really loved that it provided a complete view of all resumes, allowed me to pause and draft summary notes, and selected when I was available to continue chatting.

It was a little annoying to have to type in an introductory paragraph every time I logged on.

This software is easy to use and helps us get interviews scheduled rapidly.

The inability to leave communication with a candidate early.

I like how easy it is to create a landing page and highlight the opportunities our company has available. It's  a new way of connecting potential candidates with Recruiters.

How difficult it is to message someone directly when now connected with them.

The platform is super user-friendly, it's a fun way to chat with a lot of people in a short amount of time. Increases candidate pipeline & let's us help people know more about who we are.

Candidates were able to communicate in a format that was easy to use, from any location, without having to dress up or figure out travel. It is a great way to build relationships and talent pipelines.

Brazen is a great tool to utilize for virtual events, which is the world we've been in for the past 7 months. The ease of setting up a virtual event is priceless.

The integration into our existing processes and ease of use are my favorite features of Brazen. The FAQ feature on our chat-bot really enhanced our recruitment processes.

I was  also impressed with the UI, aesthetic, and reporting functions. Going with Brazen was worth it.

Brazen allows us to build capacity in our recruitment function, increase our brand awareness and cut down on travel costs.

Brazen has provided outstanding customer service and support, including a monthly call with our account representative.

Many times the chats kick myself and/or the candidate out during our conversation. It's created a terrible candidate experience a lot of frustration on all sides.

We were able to connect with candidates so quickly. Many staff members in our company use Brazen and every says how amazing and user friendly it is.
