GoSignMeUp has been an awesome company to work with. They have done their best to help make their program work for our unique situation and have done a great job.

However, after months of not being able to get it functional, we had to discontinue use because of lack of communication and follow up.

It's affordable, and has many features for event registration. Our account rep is easy to work with, and customer service answers quickly.

It  did not export to Chrome very well, I have a difficult time handling refunds and reading the spreadsheet that reflected students who dropped a course.

I would say my experience is adequate. I had to teach myself how to use GoSignMeUp, and I would say I have been pretty successful.

The inability for users to set up automatic monthly payments, or set up a payment plan through authorize.net.

There is a lag time for loading information, at least for us, on the admin side. The interface on the customer side needs a little redesign.

Updates typically cause problems for us and some features just don't work as advertised.

The system seems to move very slow and users complain that it takes an extremely long time for the system to come up.

I found it very easy to navigate through the site and if I was unsure then I used the Help Guide. The Help Guide provides screenshots so it is quite easy to follow.

When you ask for help you get it quickly and it is ALWAYS relevant. Their adhoc reports are AWESOME.

I love the custom options -being able to add different ticket pricing, remove or add sales tax and/or additional fees. I also love that I can pick the ticket format.

At times the interface could be clunky to edit, especially for somebody who isn’t familiar with the product, and there are always the fees to worry about, even though they are less.

Yapsody has allowed us to save both time and money by implementing an e-ticket system over conventional printed tickets.

Yapsody is easy to use and very customizable. The feature that allows you to stop online ticket purchases at a certain time is very useful and it integrates well with MailChimp and websites.

The product is easy to use with powerful features, including reporting features, and managing discounts and holds. I appreciate the discount system for frequent users and our non-profit organization.

We sometimes had issues with people clicking the link and picking the wrong date by accident, not realizing they needed to select a specific date.

Have also had great experiences with customer service when I needed help with something.

Overall, we were really happy with Yapsody for ticketing and events and would use them again in the future if they were still the most affordable option for fees.

All of the different menus can be intimidating at first.

I like that it's easy to set up new seating charts for different venues or set ups. I like that we can set up savings options, and different kind of tickets.

Good I like all the features and options available.

It is not as well known so sometimes it is hard to find some events.

Mobile app was a little glitchy at times, needs an offline mode.

We're only a year old, so having this platform that is easy to use and doesn't cost the earth means that we can give more value to our audience and build our business.

Easy to Use for Ticketing for our Historic House Museum.

Ease of use and ability to keep track of progress of all our events. The ease of printing out attendee lists.

It is good when we are offering seasonal services such as walking tours during the summer. It saves time on administrative work at the company as Yapsody takes care of it.

It covers most of the things that I need and is fairly user friendly.

Perhaps the events that have less than 100 people attendance should be in a different income bracket and charged less fees as events with more than 100,300,500,1000 and so on.

There were a lot of screens to go through when I first used it for an event. This was a bit confusing at first, but now that we have used it for several events, I have grown accustomed to the set-up.

I appreciated the discounts offered during COVID-19 and will continue to use this ticketing platform in the future.

It's difficult to see how many of each seat you have available. I have trouble with the reports.

Overall, I think Yapsody has been very easy to navigate, I love all of the features and I believe the fees are very reasonable.

With a 400+ seat auditorium, creating and managing the seat maps is one of our favorite features. Patrons have also commented on how easy it is for them to buy tickets.

I don't use the box office for check in. Take too long and I don't want to get charged for at the door sales.

There ease of use, affordable pricing and simple apps anyone volunteer can download onto their phone has made it so I won't use anything else.

No easy way to access all features from a mobile device. No way to do an exchange of tickets from one event to another.

It is very simple to set up, the price is free for most of what you need, the system is fast, convenient, and works well.

It is so easy to integrate into our main website and at the  same time provides an elegant secondary site for potential customers.

There could be different audience scale brackets with different amount to pay in fees.

We also enjoy the benefit of being able to market future events through current tickets and link to other services such as mail chimp to increase customer engagement.

It is simple and quick for us to create events and equally simple for customers to book tickets at a time to suit them, either day or night.

Yapsody had a good deal for nonprofits and I then chose it. The system is easy to duplicate events and has good deals on nonprofit events.

Yapsody is easily the most amazing ticketing solution I've come across. It's user friendly interface and awesome customer support totally blow the other ticketing systems out of the water.
