Supremo is free for non-professional and/or non-continuous use and offers a 21-days free trial. For professional or continuous use is the most affordable software: its pricing starts at $6.00 per user per month and licenses can be purchased quarterly or annually. Each license can be activated on an unlimited number of devices and can be used by unlimited users. Licences can be configured on the basis of the number of remote connections you use and this number is the only constraint on Supremo's plans.

Same services at lower cost
We have moved from the old remote control system (the main competitor) to SUpremo and we are able to have the same services we had before but with slightly lower quality but cheaper costs and we have chosen to keep this software so we are satisfied with it.
PROSCompared to the main competitor it is less complex in configuration and does not require you to authenticate via email and subsequent confirmation of the new devices from which you connect so in the end the process is faster (but less secure)
CONSCompared to the main competitor, the quality of the video transmission is lower, there is greater latency, there is less effect of being in front of the remote PC but the lower cost justifies this condition

THE alternative
Started 20 years ago with LogMeIn. Went over to Teamviewer. Had to search a new solution to give support to my customers as Teamviewer was way to expensive. Supremo is the only tool that suits me perfectly at a low price. Never had to contact the support as the software never let me down.
PROSEase-of-use Had to wait for Mac support but now it's there ! Contact-list Branding
CONSNo negative remarks. Just needed to have a lot of patience for the MacOS support

Supremo does the job
Solved many problems at customers via this support tool.
PROSInstallation is easy.. Create your own look and feel in minutes.
CONSWaiting for months for an update to support Azerty keyboard from another country. (Working with Qwerty keyboard in home country). Even with map functionality special characters doesn't work.

A very convincing remote access software
When I got to know this software I did not have many expectations due to the bad experiences I had had with other similar software. That's why I tried the free version at the beginning and I was immediately surprised by the ease of use it has, the friendly interface in which it groups all its tools helps a lot for this, but it also performs its functions effectively (without presenting unexpected errors as happens in other software) and with secure connections.
PROSI started using it for work for free and ended up purchasing the paid subscription, since the price compared to other software is cheaper on an annual plan, plus I can install the software on an unlimited number of devices to which I need to connect remotely. Thanks to that and other aspects I mentioned before like its ease of use, security, efficiency and multiplatform support it is my remote access software par excellence.
CONSThere's not much to reproach it for really, it's a fantastic software, but maybe if it provided some benefits to its loyal users such as a rewards program it would be better than it already is.

Teamviewer sometimes gave me unexpected errors and connection problems, and when I wrote to support they simply did not respond, which discouraged me from continuing to use the product.

Supremo Remote Control
We used Supremo for remote support / helpdesk. We saved lot of time with this software. Most problems can be easily fix remotely instead of on-site service.
