Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • We love the screen sharing feature as well as how you can group the users into different sites. Also love the chat rooms to send out messages company wide.
  • It is great to be able to communicate with staff immediately. It is fun to be able to use emojis.
  • Cons

  • There is not much that I can complain about with Brosix. I occasionally with have to restart it if the application is not functioning properly.
  • With groups, not sure how to remove an agent when they are no longer with the agency or with that specific department.

  • Very importantly too, I love the quality of support offered my team by the Helpshift customer service desk.
  • Easy to use in the game and quite easy integration.
  • Cons

  • For example, deep linking started working after removing Helpshift. So the SDK is doing some crazy stuff under the hood.
  • On iOS, using Helpshift is pain (from developer perspective). Lot of issues, updates break stuff.
