I love to use Mikogo for small conferences and meetings. It's easy to share my screen and pass controls to another presenter.

Trying to cancel automatic renewal was impossible, as if they tried to make it as hard as possible to leave.

I love all the features and ease of use. The best part of Mikogo is that even a novice computer user can use Mikogo with ease.

I cancelled minutes after it auto-renewed and they refuse to refund the renewal fee. They are basically strong-arming customers into an extra year of subscription.

Couldn't reach billing department to straighten out charges.

They also forced another year's subscription on me  - they require paypal auto  renew, The vast majority of companies will allow you to cancel an auto renew if you let them know in a reasonable time.

Shame on you Mikogo, for selling a product in this country without any access to technical support.

The invited end user onboarding is a bit confusing and many of my clients would struggle to join a conference.

Mikogo far exceeds it's competitors on customer support and does exceptionally well with its ease of use for the non-computer literate.

When I've tried it on Mac i've had problems controlling the other persons mouse.

The product gets failing grades for support when things don't work as planned.

I was attracted to this platform because it belongs to a small company and I am interested in collaborating with the development of this kind of entrepreneurship.

Mikogo works like I expected. I needed some online screen share software that was not only easy to use bit was easy for my clients.

For voice call conferencing there is no number for India, which is really a down for me. As most of my customers are from INDIA.

They seem hard to reach when you experience difficulty.

Cheap but no support and difficulty connecting with customers.

We have had some people have trouble with installing the software and had some issues with occasional lags.

This helps with better presentation and collaboration.

Mikogo is also very simple in outlook and functionality. I like its ability to share screen contents with others during meetings.

I use a free version of this product and think it's a wonderful tool.

It's easy to to start a support session and resolve issues quickly. It is mostly intuitive to both parties.

My overall experience has been great, giving me lightning fast capability to remotely share my screen.

Inexpensive but there is a good (actually bad) reason for this and it has to do with quality. Easy to use when it works.

Mikogo is good software, because I used it when I first started using it. Mikogo also has very good functionality.

Ltd is my first official start up business and to be associated with Zoho for regular emails, campaigns and even meetings has been very easy. It is very easy to use and customer support is superb.

Users can figure it out pretty quickly, and Zoho makes it easy to invite people. They have great support, and a full ecosystem of other tools.

One of the best meeting & webinar solution in terms of quality and pricing. It has got a robust screen functionality and excellent video and audio quality.

Mute function stuck a couple of times. Had to log out and back in.

Using Zoho has been easy, as the learning curve is very flat and most users get it intuitively. My most liked feature would be its ease of use.

I do not have to worry if my clients need admin privileges to attend my meeting or webinar. The security allows the host to lock meetings and remove unwanted guests.

The people from Zoho customer service and the account management team are very supportive and genuinely provide advices in the best interest of us.

I could ask for more features but not at the risk of losing the simplicity.

We like Zoho Meeting because it integrates with Zoho CRM, making it easy to invite our Leads and Contacts to meetings and stores the invitation in Zoho CRM, which makes it very convenient.

Missing a few features that we rarely used from Zoom or Go to Meeting.

Missing Virtual background, Missing Multiple video presenters along with display of their name and time zone in their video.

What i miss, but probalbly just not see, is a virtual background option.

Liked the ease of use and the responsive customer service.

I like how intuitive and easy to use this solution is. Its also good in terms of privacy and security.

Customer service has always been amazing, so polite and actually helpful. They will stay with you until you're completely set up.

We use Zoho Meeting for internal meetings and it works well. We are very happy with Zoho Customer Service.

The quality of the video and sound is very good. Direct internet link for users is very useful.

It is a pity that there is no possibility to divide people into groups during the meeting, eg breakout rooms in zoom.

Ease of use and integration to Zoho CRM, which means you can meet with clients / prospects and log the meeting as an activity.

Too tight of an integration with other zoho products; have had moments where users accidentally enrolled into other systems by accident.

Easy to setup and invite guests, manage the conference, it also many useful functions like conference recording that you can review later for reference.

Integration with Zoho CRM is seamless. Reminders for both the host and the attendees is a great feature.

It is very quick to learn and the features are very useful. The tool is very intuitive, like many Zoho tools, so far we are very happy with it.

I highly recommend it to all companies looking for a great platform for business communications.

Its customer service is top notch. Additionally, its UI offers a seamless experience.

If you want to organize webinar, Zoho meeting is cost effective and user friendly tool.

Mikogo is a web conferencing solution that allows participants to join meetings within their web browsers (including browsers on mobile devices) without downloading plugins or using Flash.


Key features include the ability to grant presenter desktop-sharing privileges to participants, remote control over participants’ computers, a multi-user whiteboard for annotation and drawing and selective sharing of applications/windows.
