Great choice for communication tools
It saves time and improve our communication medium.
PROSWhen working with professionals who are often on the go, having everything in one location like Atolia is a godsend. My favorite feature of the resource area is the ability to store critical data and document, even if they aren't tied to a specific project, so anybody with access can easily find them. Additional valuable features include the ability to provide different members of the organization with varying levels of access depending on their position.
CONSEveryone is happy with the application so far. As with each system, there will always be one thing that annoys you. A user's email account may only be changed or removed by deleting the user and re-entering the credentials. Senior board members who aren't acclimated to technological advances are having difficulty understanding some application elements, which is a minor problem.

PROSSon intégration a été immédiate dans la communauté des entreprises d'Innovation ! Son accelération pendant le Covid a permis d'ajouter de nombreuses activités (visioconférence, tableau blanc, suivi de projet) extrêmement intéressante pour les structures ayant besoin de travailler en mode Co Constrution avec des membres extérieures à une seule organisation.
CONSRelances intrusives par mail mais finalement un bon pense bête quand on ne respecte pas le planning prévisionnel

Outils Français à la pointe de la collaboration
Beaucoup trop de mails dans cette PME, jusqu'à presque saturation pour certains collaborateurs. Atolia permet de manière très souple de canaliser les conversations et les échanges de documents. Gestion du changement et formation efficaces avec O'TBox, mise en opération globale extrêmement rapide.
PROSToutes les fonctionnalités sont présentes dans cet outil convivial et ergonomique. On trouve souvent ces fonctionnalités en option payantes chez les concurrents. Avec Atolia, tout est dans le même paquet. Les données sont bien protégés, pas trop à l'ouest, pas trop à l'est, juste là où on le souhaite.
CONSJe crois savoir que les APIs vont s'ouvrir de plus en plus. TOP !
