Good Remote Support Tool
It has been kind of OK experience with it.
PROSLogMeIn Rescue is one of the must have software if remotely connecting to computers is part of your things. Haven't deployed it from Scratch, but as far as using it to Support Customers is concerned, I think it is one of the easiest software to use.
CONSNothing that I really dislike about the software.

If you want a remote product that works every time you need it
It allows us to connect to all our customers servers, we know what the details of the servers are and when they were last online
PROSThis product is one of the best remote support tools on the market, it just works every time, We have been using it for years and it is an excellent product.
CONSMore flexible pricing possibly yet pricing is reasonable

Good product but pricing is badly managed
I guided my customers to use this software and we manage with it during few years but pricing is badly incresed and so there is no need to stay with Logmein as others competitors price is more interesting now
PROSReally simple to use. That was, for me, a perfect software during few years and make a so good job for IT support. Perfectly support of dual screen.
CONSno easy to deploy as, unfortunaly, not as used as TeamViewer - so need to guide customers to download software.pricing begining at 0 then make big increase every years (I stopped use after 3 years of rise that make it pass to free version to more expensive that challenger...)

LogMeIn: GotoMyPC
Having the access to remote endpoints has become a normal thing for systems administration. LogMeIn (GotoMyPC) did the job well with all stability of its features. If GotoMyPC were not that expensive, I could have stayed with them and not shifted to another application.
PROSAs the systems administrator, I like that the application is stable and easy to install and deploy to my endpoints. It doesn't consume much resource and is ready whenever I need to do remote work to my users.
CONSThe price is really a show stopper for me. This is the main reason why I started looking for alternatives which led me to move to another application

I shifted from Logmein (GotoMyPC) to Teamviewer. Price considerations.
