The inability to do calculations in the report without creating a new template. Also as we are on Macs the inability to use spotlight in Mac Excel.

The planning tool helped us standardize our budgeting process and we're very impressed with the workforce planning module that helped us easily managing our headcount and compensation estimate.

A data pull is not immediate and can cause some frustration if data is not pulled 100% accurately the first time.

OVerall is a great tool for the ease of standardizing and managing  our reports.

Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.

As you can guess this is very frustrating when a client is on the way and I need an accurate report asap.

One of the best things about TapClicks is that you have access to many different features and if they don't have it already integrated into their software they will work with you to get it in place.

A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.

Lack of aesthetic formatting options (change font size/style, etc.).
