Easy. Whippy and the staff have made the transition seamless and have made the use and integration of the app very user friendly for our team.

Functionality and streamlining our systems. With Zipwhip we had to use other subscriptions in order to send mass texts or calls. Whippy bundles all of that into its easy to use App.

Agile SMS Messaging Platform - Twilio Alternative
First, we appreciate the dedication and support of the co-founders, and second, their comprehensive API documentation that provided everything our software development team needed to integrate with Whippy quickly.
PROSI like how responsive and agile Whippy is. As a startup, we appreciate teams who can help us get the ball rolling quickly. We moved away from Twilio due to delays with our 10DLC compliance verification. The team at Whippy cares about the clients no matter how big they are, and we were able to fast-track this. Whippy's API was very easy to integrate with for our internal development team. We integrated Whippy with our SaaS platform to notify employees about assignments, and getting this setup and ready to test took only a day or two.
CONSThe only con I can think of for Whippy is that they are not as well known as other SMS providers in this space, and it was hard to find them!

Reasons for switching to Whippy
We had run into 10DLC compliance issues with Twilio, and because our company is very small, it was not easy to make progress with Twilio to restore our service. We could not send messages while the compliance process was running. We found Whippy and their co-founders got us up and running with their platform the same day. Our development team integrated with Whippy in less than a week, and were were all set.

Review
The product is easy to use and the job board automation is great. Would like more customization for sending different messages during and outside of business hours
CONSA few features that are missing that I have reported to the team. But for the most part they are quick at making changes.

Excellent Business Partner
From start to finish they have been pro-active, responsive and have provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.
PROSThe product is wonderful, the Whippy team is even better. They are a true business partner and add value by taking the time to ask us what challenges we face and how they can help. They are extremely pro-active. They have created solutions to challenges that were not even in their area of expertise and then implemented them quickly with zero negative outcomes. Would highly recommend them as they are a business partner, not just a vendor.

More than just a texting platform
We have had an extremely positive experience with Whippy. The entire team is extremely responsive and has exceeded of our expectations.
PROSWhippy has been a game-changer in our organization. We initially chose to move to Whippy because of the features that allow us to have many team members easily using the platform together. However, because of the innovation and close communication with the Whippy team, we have been able to automate and optimize many essential functions and communication points with our associates and job seekers. Every day we find a different way to use the platform to solve a pain point or provide better results for an existing process.
CONSI see no cons to using Whippy. Any minor inconveniences we have experienced have been immediately addressed and resolved.

Whippy has saved us 40+ hours a week
We have save 40+ hours a week, dramatically increased reviews and patient retention and we get to new leads in seconds 24/7. It’s been an amazing experience for our office and other practices we have referred.
PROSAll the automations! We can automate reminders, follow ups, positive review generation, after hours responses, surveys. The AI is amazing it auto translates since our patients speak many different languages and stores those language preferences for mass messaging or auto responses. The AI auto responses are huge for us as it auto responds to our frequently asked questions. We also use their chat bot to help route potential leads to the right person. The customer support is also amazing and they have helped build customer features for our office.
CONSThe only thing would just be more visibility on new features since so many are pushed out.

I've tried a lot of texting services and Whippy is the best!
With Whippy our business is able to have multiple lines, accessible in one place. We can mass text, and we can personalize mass texts. They also have some great automation solutions. We have doubled our google reviews using whippy's automation. I could go on.
PROSThe engineers that work with whippy are accessible, they listen to feedback. They are also there when there is a problem, and they get it fixed. I've tried alot of texting platforms and the big thing lacking is innovation, and customer services. Whippy has both.
CONSI haven't had any issues with whippy that are worth mentioning.

Overall i would say that Whippy has enhanced our business.

Whippy is very user friendly, easy to use, and if you don't understand how to use some of their features, a representative is very quick to help you!

Overall is has been an amazing experience. If I needed help on anything, Service Reps went above and beyond to help. I like that they would take feedback into consideration. I have seen some updates on my suggestions for the software already!!
PROSScheduling messages and providing templates for contact info has been a huge plus.
CONSThe Drafts section were removed. This helped before.

What I like most about whippy is the fact that you can send a mass text and schedule if you want to send that text later. I also like the mobile app.
CONSWhat I dislike the most is on the mobile app you do not have the option to mute the messages coming in.
