Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

I can now also integrate responses with Google Sheet to share with my clients and team. Everyone finds the forms I make easy to fill out.

It's a great tool for collecting feedback and conduct interviews. Taking into consideration the price - it's the best decision on the market.

It does Pretty much everything I need, it’s easy to use and great value for money.

There is a limited template option which I consider a limitation which should be looked into.

Once your survey is published in an embedded form on your website, the Start Survey button is about a 1cm above the report button, which is very bad.

This has been a wonderful tool as we use it to register children for an online camp. What a great resource during this particular time.

I saw the link to embed the form, but after several attempts to use the link, requesting assistance and getting no response, I gave up.

We are able to use our form any where and we have had many compliments about the look and the ease it has to fill out. We use a feedback form and it's awesome.

Example, person writes their name and later in the form you cannot feed their name back to them. No email responder or Zapier integration.

The development team is making improvements and is listening to the community. They have more work to be done but I believe that Aida Form can become a great tool in a couple of months.

The ease of embedding form into the popular website design platforms like wordpress etc. Social Share option allow for viral posting of the forms that i consider very cool.

The functionality and ease of use is fantastic. Payment integrations, subscriptions, custom formulas, reporting, it's awesome.

I spent days finding And testing the perfect form at a low cost and this is the only one that meets all my requirements and looks nice too.

At the beginning I thought this software is limited to surveys, however, but when you dig deeper you realize its very powerful and it helps in many other aspects of te business.

The functionality is great and getting better all the time. One of the awesome features is the signature feature.

For now my biggest complaint is lack of full personalization on the forms appearance (more icons for example would be welcomed).

Love the fact that results can be pushed to google sheets, that integration is amazing. Customer support has been quick and solved the issue(s) immediately.

The product is focused on long-form material rather than short contact forms etc. but can be used in both spaces with ease. I look forward to their growing integrations like Mailchimp and more.

I never thought there exist such an amazing place to work out a perfect and professionally looking web based online form like Aida form. It's features and user friendly interface made it the best.
