Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

Overall satisfied with the functionality and capability of this product. Customer service has always been a focus and will hopefully continue in the future.

Ease to integrate with other systems. Inventory control is really good.

This software provides awesome analytics, flexible data use, custom reporting, canned reporting with great filters.

Not Web based, Set up is very extensive and can get confusing , also a big challenge is that they have limited users.

We have numerous resorts with numerous POS and Inventory systems across all. We have transitioned 8 resorts to WinRetail/Cegid, each time has been with ease and excellent support from their team.

I love this software I have been working with it at 2 different companies and it is truly the best out there.

Lack of documentation is a sore spot. Have to rely on CSR's to help walk through new processes.

I have work with the system for the past 5 years and we were able to integrate our business process with CEGID. We are still on a old version but the new Y2 version seems really promising.

It is very quick and easy to create item numbers and purchase orders. I also love how simple the system makes it to add colors to items and manipulate POs as needed.

Useful for people who like spending their time on the phone with, other store locations, or even tech support to do the most basic of things.

We had some glitches in the beginning to information flowing over fluently. But the team was on it quickly and able to resolve it.

Support has been easy to contact and have been quick to resolve any issues that have arisen.

In General good customer services, software is very stable and cover more of the functions need it in retail.

Checkout process is obscure to new employees and they often make tender mistakes, as well as payment type mistakes. God I hate this product.

Cegid is a great platform that has been improving the way retail stores manage their products or services for many years now. That's a key point for me: experience on the market.

They are responsive, proactive and extremely helpful. They know how to take care of their customers.

UX is difficult to work with because it is a C++ App.

The ease of use for store's users as well as for office's users. Reports are very interesting to use and the possibility to modify them is a major advantage.

Overall the Cegid retail software solution is very user friendly and easy to use. Once the software was configured to our needs, it became a real asset for my account.

Receipt editing is really difficult to do. Reporting is really missing.
