Fabulous! If you want the best all in one system for Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Cents is definitely it! They are always evolving for the better and making ground breaking strides in this industry.
PROS1) POS & inventory tracking all in one system 2) Ability to track employee productivity, time cards, and tips 3) Easy custom reporting for bookkeeping, accounting 4) Easy invoicing for commercial accounts 5) Integrated PUD system 6) Remote access for handling problems from anywhere 7) Awesome customer support anytime 8) Account manager checks in frequently to provide updates and help with any issues 9) THEY LISTEN! Anytime we have had a suggestion to make Cents better for our needs, it has always been placed into review and the system updated to accommodate. Cents is always evolving for the better! THAT'S DAMN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
CONSStart up and monthly fees may SEEM steeper than other companies, but for all it does and the amount of revenue that has increased because of switching to Cents, it really isn't! We really don't have to much to complain about.
Reason for choosing Cents
I scheduled demos with a few companies with a list of must haves that met our specific needs. Cents is the only one who came close to what we were looking for and I'm so glad we made the switch!

Improvements for Cents
Good, because of customer service and [sensitive content hidden]. The POS needs to be more dependable.
PROSDaily summary of Sales to Owner. Great customer service and team to help with issues.
CONSFormat for reporting does not allow seamless upload in Quickbooks. POS is not reliable. Fees are high for delivery through Uber/Lyft.

Outstanding company who are easy to work with and have amazing customer service. This product has already changed my business and I can see that this team will continue to delivery features that will allow me to grow my business further.

CONSSome customers are annoyed by the amount of automated sms they receive, I would like the ability for our customers (ow owners) to reduce the volume of messages.

I liked the fact that they had a vision to have the whole laundry store operate with one system, we have recently purchased Cents Connect in our second store and love that ability to have the whole store connected.
Reasons for switching to Cents
I hated Arbelsoft, there was no ability to run reports and the system could not be accessed remotely.

Always Improving
I appreciate the simple user interface with Cents. I also appreciate that they are continuing to build out their product and their customer service is very accessible and responsive.
CONSCents is still a new company that is a tech company that entered the laundry industry. When releasing their features, sometimes it is clear that it is a tech company and not a laundry company, however they do provide opportunity for feedback and are continuing to iterate with each update. Additionally, because the company is still building, there are features that are still on the roadmap but not yet available that require workarounds.

We chose Cents because of the accountability to investors so we knew the product would need to be continually improved and built up.

Growing Together!
Ease of use. Very intuitive. The backbone of the company that has products and features in the pipeline designed for laundry operators to ease daily operational and management.
CONSNot really a cons but a comment because the company is so young and still growing and learning just like the laundry industry in the modern era trying to solve and provide solutions to operators as well as to the consumers.

The software I needed to scale
The team is 5 star and the software is built beautifully!
PROSCustomer management was the biggest pro for us. We manage a few hundred recurring orders weekly and the cents system allowed us to continue to grow without feeling the workload.
CONSThe biggest obstacle we've had to overcome is a lack of a calendar view of our orders for visual management.

Cent is the one stop shop
Very pleased with the whole team. Especially Zariyah M. She need so helpful with me.

Cents make life easier
Cents made it so easy for us to get our new business up and running. They took all the guess work and headache out of it.
PROSI love that we have a rep that checks in with us monthly to make sure everything is working properly. And I love that there is a cents community forum that we can communicate with other users as well as the Cents team and grow together.
CONSHonestly, of all the things Cents has to offer there are 2 things it's lacking that we need. 1. The ability to sell gift cards. 2. The ability to delete products and services you no longer offer.
