Etab system

I like having our own business online ordering system which is very economical for customers and our business and our staff receives great tips from our customers.

PROS

Etab online ordering is user friendly and cost effective for both customers and businesses.

CONS

I would like to see an option to pause the system and provide specific business hours to accept etab orders on a daily basis and I would like to see doordash id numbers indicated so we can provide this info to doordash delivery issues thank you

Timed menus don’t work properly

They are quick to respond, but haven’t created solutions that actually work in the real world for us.

PROS

It’s ok, I’ve used many online ordering platforms. This is missing some key features and is slightly more confusing to work with than others.

CONS

When I create timed menus, such as a special dinner menu, customers repeatedly tell me that they aren’t able to order from the special menu even during the dinner menus available hours. I’ve discussed this with support multiple times and their response is that it’s working for them and they can’t replicate the problem. They said to clear your cache. But no customer is going to clear their cache when ordering from your website. There should be a much more solid solution than that. For this reason alone, this online ordering system is inferior to other online ordering platforms. The problem continues to happen after over 6 months of continual use.

Reasons for switching to eTab

I changed my POS and their system only works with etab for online ordering.

Hello Matt, Sorry for the issue you are having. We have many clients that use the timed automation feature. When you use this feature you schedule the time you want these items to reflect. As example, we have a lot of clients with lunch or dinner specials. These only show at the times you have scheduled. Really great feature a lot of other systems lack.
