Thr!ve is a point of sale (POS) solution by Granbury Restaurant Solutions that helps users manage POS operations, customer management, online ordering and restaurant marketing. It includes modules for delivery, online ordering, customer loyalty marketing and enterprise reporting. The online ordering module lets orders appear in restaurants' makelines automatically. Restaurants can also expand marketing efforts in the system through branded email campaigns, text messages and direct mail.
Thr!ve allows users to check marketing stats, run payroll, change price or ring up an order without alerting staff or tying up a workstation. The mobile app allows customers to place their orders and claim their loyalty awards. Other features include checkout with on-screen cart pop out for review, address validation with Google and stored payment functionality.
Thr!ve is suited for multiple food service businesses including fast casual, quick-service and full-service restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes. Pricing is per month. Support is offered via phone.

Great product.
Pros
Easy to train your employee's to use.
Helps control labor cost.
Call center is great for a 1 number system
Cons
If you send in a support ticket they don't always let you know when they fixed the problem. Not a lot I can say in the negative about this product.

Ease of use, user friendly and able to change items is a breeze and overall customer service is outstanding

Worst business decision I ever made
Run away and find an updated system with better service and doesn't use an antiquated operating system like Linux. Sales, Service, and upper management are horrible.
Pros
Nothing. I have nothing good to say about this product and have multiple emails and documents to back up my review.
Cons
Everything. Basic functions like real time reporting and employee management are terrible. The system constantly has issues and needs to be re-booted during service. Has malfunctioned on basic levels of math with credit cards and processing. Customer support is terrible and does not follow up unless you do.
