The support throughout development and implementation has been first class, so much so that we feel part of the team. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team were able to adjust timelines regarding development to support and quickly reacted to challenges as they arose. The development team have kept in touch on a regular basis to ensure launch was seamless.

CONSPayment portal with Stripe, hopefully charges will reduce with greater volume.

TRYBE- our Spa & Leisure membership
Integration was tested, with a few tweaks all sorted within 48 hours. Fantastic support at all levels with a team who could genuinely not be more helpful . We were one of the (if not the first) businesses to be integrated into the Reslynx software. Online chat facility has been invaluable for employees still learning the systems, online training has been provided to staff. The Trybe team have taken advice from the end users and developed the system to fit their requirements.
PROSPayment in advance from online bookings, forecasting features using multiple revenue streams and integrated into the Reslynx software for daily revenue postings. Complete package for our busy Spa and Leisure business.
CONSClient names have to be entered in full and exact to be found - something that could be developed to view close matches. Previous page navigation is done from the web browser rather than in the software which can sometimes be confusing.
