  • Pros

  • We like how it populates to our website. Birdeye sends any reports on how successful we are on Google, Facebook and Yelp.
  • Mostly though, I am impressed that the price is as good as it is.
  • Cons

  • The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
  • The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with.

  • I like most that it's fairly straightforward and pretty easy to set up. The support team is also great.
  • Refersion is easy to use, and also easy to integrate with my business.
  • Cons

  • The SOMETIMES delayed response from customer service can be frustrating.
  • I didn’t like how glitchy it is. There are so many issues with this software that require customer support to fix which is frustrating and inefficient.
