We like how it populates to our website. Birdeye  sends any reports on how successful we are on Google, Facebook and Yelp.

Mostly though, I am impressed  that the price is as good as it is.

I love the fast communication. It's nice to be able to live chat with people, way quicker than texting.

I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems.

The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.

Ease of use; Ability to run SMS and/or Email campaigns; Robust campaign customization; Integration with multiple review channels.

It is also great to have our patients give such great reviews, although we can't always make people happy its good to hear where we need improvement. I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business.

I also love that you can search back and see all the conversations that you've ever had with them and search key words/phrases that is very helpful.

The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with.

I love how easy it is to track sales from affiliates and influencers. The data on Refersion is really great for analyzing their performance and making decisions accordingly.

I found it hard to set up as there were errors that could not be resolved so I was paying USD89 and not able to set up.

It was good in that they have a marketplace and you can use it as an affiliate program and referral program.

I was even able to connect external apps and track the progress from those apps. The best part is that I was able to track these apps and not have any technical difficulties on the apps.

You must get an email each time and verify your log-in before continuing. This ensures your account is safe.

Good for a refer a friend program essentially allowing clients to get paid to refer a friend to use the software.

I found it difficult to figure out what I was suppose to be doing.

This app has been very useful to us with our affiliate marketing. We are able to customize our offer, update it and implement hassle free.

The marketplace is a bit hard to understand for Newer advertisers.

Hassle free sign up and tracking of affiliates. They have excellent customer service support who responds right away for any concerns you have with the app and even follow up with us.

Great for beginners like myself who have never worked with this kind of program. Thankfully the software is easy to use to you can usually figure out any issues on your own.
