  • I love this platform, it makes communicating between our customers, office and field technicians so much faster and smoother.
  • It is easy to use, fast, reliable, and worth the money. I think you should give it a try.
  • Cons

  • Customers do not have to leave a message for a negative review.
  • No matter how I phrase it or how the staff presents it, we have about a 50% response rate on our asks of the clients.

  • The one thing I like the most about this software is the reputation management. The patient surveys have been extremely helpful.
  • DoctorConnet support staff does a fantastic job of training, explaining and helping you with customization of the software.
  • Cons

  • Return phone calls should show our phone numbers when the appointment reminders are sent out. Patients are sometimes confused by who is actually calling them.
  • Our company has been using this product for 3 years and I do not have one thing that I dislike from this product.
