GDPR compliance
Good software for managing cookies and consents on our websites, ensuring we respect the newest regulations. They have lots of webinars to educate us and keep us up to date with what’s new. They keep developing the product so I don’t need to make changes myself. Good pricing.
CONSThe interface could be a bit more modern.

Great support, good product, OK auto blocker
Overall experience with cookie information are very good. I have more pros than cons, to me the only downside are the auto-blocking feature not working as it should, the biggest upside is the support, always on point. Would recommend.
PROSThe support are great, replies that are actionable and understandable within a few hours. Also, the pop-up itself looks better than most competitors.
CONSTheir auto-blocking feature does in my experience not work optimally.

Easy enough to implement
GDPR is something you don't want to get stuck with so the solution did what was required easily and quickly enough.

Great value with this CMP
It was super easy to set up the cookie banner and we still get all the data we need as they integrates smoothly with Google Consent Mode.Excellent support.
CONSThe pricing model can in a few cases be difficult to understand, especially when we present it to our clients.

Easy setup and
The best part is that we don't even have to touch a finger after implementation. We use it system wide on all platforms so every new site we build has the same easy implementation.
PROSThe setup is easy, the support is great and I feel confident that the system is in charge of handling all requests.
CONSUI of the admin backend could be "prettier" and have more advanced functionality

Good consent management solution
Reliable company that offers also other interesting privacy solutions
PROSWe could customize the banner so it fits our brand. Interface is intuitive and they have quite a lot of useful support articles. Smooth implementation and it works great ever since!

Making cookies easy for all of us
With Cookie Information, I feel like we've got a trustworthy guide on our side. It’s nice knowing they have our back, helping ensure our brand and website are in safe hands.
PROSI've always found tech stuff a bit challenging, but I was surprised at how smoothly things went with Cookie Information. With a little help from our tech guy, setting it up was quite straightforward. I especially liked how it just works, giving our website visitors a clear choice about cookies without being pushy. It's comforting to know that Cookie Information helps us stick to the rules while still being friendly to our visitors.
CONSSometimes, I wish things were explained in simpler terms. I trust the platform to do its job, but a few times, I felt a bit lost with some features. Not all of us are tech wizards!

PROSEasy to implement and integrate, smooth communication with their team who can answer all our specific questions. Banner that ensures our customers are informed of the data collected, and that we respect the law. Various customization options. Overall really satisfied with the product.
CONSIt’s not entirely plug and play, but I assume no solution is. It does require a bit of work from our side when setting it up (to ensure it is fully functional).

The start of Working with Cookie Information
It is the first and only testet system that crawls the site for me and autogenerate the needed information about what cookies me and my clients set and use.
CONSThe user interface backend is slow and hard to work with. It should be user firendly and we should have the options to share the consent solution to the end user (our client) without sharing information about all our clients.

Great tool

A trusted platform
Very supportive staff and good rate of development.
PROSCookie Information helps us being GDPR compliant and provides us with a platform that helps us use cookies in the right way, which is no small tasks these days. Being in the insurance industry we need to be 100 % GDPR compliant.
CONSSetting up a customized cookie pop up requires programming skills and we have had issues with Google Core Web Vitals due to the popup. Hopefully the latest version (V3) fixes this.

Overall my experience is that CookieInformation is a great partner in covering you to be compliant. You have not only a solution but also expertise from the support team.
PROSCookie Information gives personal help with compliance and support to set up the right solution for you.You can contact their experts who can help you with compliance knowledge and what is right for you to do. Furthermore, they know which banner performs the best so you can both become compliant and use the suitable banner in terms of UX and in terms of getting the best conversion.
CONSIt was a little technical to setup the solution by myself.

Dependable service and good software
Very positive.
PROSThey were able to finally explain what cookies are and what they do. I was able to implement them myself, with no prior knowledge. Support is excellent and is interested in the customer's opinion a lot. Definatelly felt like they heard what I wanted and needed.
CONSThe dashboard could use some explanations on the data they are showing, for all of us who have no idea about cookies.

Reliable consent collection that supports Google Consent Mode, this has been very valuable for our business.
PROSSimple integration with Google Consent Mode and prompt support from the Cookie Information team.
CONSDocumentation could have included more detailed scenarios for Google Consent Mode. However, they had a good webinar about it that answered our more specific questions.

A good and simple solution to manage
It integrates well with GTM and the usability is great. Also, their support is excellent and they help find the best solutions for you.
CONSCost money, and it requires some technical skills to set up and integrate with other tag services, but this is the same for all vendors/ solutions.
